Review the topic outline so you know what to listen out for. Make sure you've set aside private time for this session so you ll be able to focus and fully receive the benefits of the session. 3. Preparation Tips: Make sure you are in a quiet place where nothing can distract you and that you are not driving a car or any other vehicle. Be in a comfortable position and in a right setting so you are not distracted or anxious. Stretch your muscles before starting the class. Stretching loosens the muscles and tendons allowing you to sit more comfortably. Additionally, stretching starts the process of going inward and brings added focus to the body. Get yourself a cup of tea or coffee. Drinking it promotes increased activity of the anterior cingulate gyrus in the specific areas of the brain that are involved in planning, attention, monitoring and concentration. Week 3: Start Building Your How will I create my hub? Plan a continuous process to build your tribe! Write for yourself what will you use (Facebook group, meet-up group, email list, wine club, etc). Remember the reasons for creating a strong tribe: -people can resonate with you -people can refer to you -people can bond with you and between each other -people learn who you are and what you do -your coaching practice will grow through the word of mouth -you can invite people to have deeper experiences with you If you nurture your tribe, imagine how easy it will be in 5 years from now to enroll clients :) Week 4&5: To Experience Your Magic It s all about connecting with people and having a great conversation. Invite people to experience your powerful coaching (online and in person). Go places and start scanning the environment. When you see an opportunity to help people, connect with them and then invite them to have a powerful conversation with you. Remember that you build your practice by word of mouth, thus this step will open more opportunities to grow your reach and practice even further. 9
