MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION CLUBHOUSE Access is by electronic cards given to each resident. The club room may be reserved for private parties, but only by residents. Contact Property Manager for more information. NOTE: Commercial use of the clubhouse is prohibited (sale, demonstrations, shows, solicitation, etc.) TRASH AND RECYCLE CONTAINERS Pickup day: Wednesday. These may not be placed outside until after 5:00 p.m. the night before pick-up and must be returned the same day as pick-up. Your cart must be curbside no later than 7 a.m. the morning of your scheduled collection. Your cart must be less than 3 feet from the curb or edge of the road. Your cart must be at least 3 feet from your recycle bin. Your cart lid must open toward the street. Do NOT place bags on top of the lid, they will not be collected. DOGS Dogs must be kept on a leash while outdoors, this is a city ordinance. In addition, please be sure to pick-up after your dog. SPEED LIMIT The speed limit within the community is 15 mph.
