Specifically designed for high throughput early ADME workflows, the FlashQuant Workstation brings laboratories the ability to discover more potential drug candidates faster through increased analysis speed and data quality. The FlashQuant Workstation accelerates the quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical compounds by a factor of 25 and more, which leads to faster answers, faster decisions, and faster discovery. Now, labs no longer have to sacrifice speed for quality results, or sacrifice infinitely valuable time for one invaluable discovery. 2.50E+05 10.600 3.80E+05 2580 FlashQuant Workstation Innovative design for high throughput small molecule quantification. 5.03E+02 0.011 1.40E+03 2.680 5.26E+02 0.011 1.30E+03 2.700 6.23E+02 0.014 2.00E+03 3.400 3.49E+03 0.090 7.70E+03 21.90 6.25E+03 0.092 1.03E+04 22.30 4.62E+04 1.070 7.76E+04 261.0

Innovative Technology Leads to Innovative Discovery The FlashQuant Workstation combines a patented MALDI ion source with the industry standard triple quadrupole or Q TRAP MS/MS system for amazingly fast small molecule analysis. The MS/MS selectivity yields reliable, consistent quantitative results at incredible speeds. Being able to collect MRM data at Patented Q0 High Pressure Cell Unique, high-pressure collisional focusing technology maximizes ion transmission for enhanced sensitivity. s a m p l e s i n 5 m i n u t e s Patented LINAC Collision Cell With acquisition this fast, the need for proven high performance collision cell technology is essential. The patented LINAC collision cell accelerates ions through the collision quadrupole, ensuring maximum ion transfer at greatly reduced dwell times. Clear Advantages of Faster Answers, Faster Decisions, and Faster Discovery FlashQuant Software Get results fast with FlashQuant Software, expressly designed to quickly and easily set up and run 96 or 384 well plates. A single, elegant workspace displays the workflow, experimental parameters, and data associated with the targeted analytes. The easy-to-use software simplifies the quantitation experiment from sample analysis to report in 3 easy steps. very high rates becomes your significant advantage. 25x Optimized Ion Path For trusted quantitation, select either the pharmaceutical industry standard triple quadrupole or significantly Detector Reliable pulse-counting detector delivers superb linear response, wide dynamic range, and accurate results Standard Plate Formats SBS compliant 96 and 384 well plate a n d m o r e enhance qualitative performance with the 4000 Q TRAP ion path. day after day. formats supported for easy integration in standard workflows. Plate Stage With pump down in under 2 minutes, the The FlashQuant Software Manual Workspace allows users to ablate samples, acquire data, tune acquisition methods and visually inspect a plate. The Batch Workspace allows users to create, edit, or import batch definition files for running 96 or 384 well plate formats. accurate, fast-moving stage allows highspeed plate reading with high analytical precision for answers in a flash. Patented FlashLaser Source High repetition laser optimized for small molecule quantitative analysis delivers consistent results and the robust integration guarantees high uptime and >150,000 samples between cleanup. Once the data has been acquired, the MRM Quant Workspace clearly and concisely displays the quantitative information for the study. Change Over in a Flash The FlashQuant Workstation easily converts to operate with the Turbo V source. Once in this configuration, the workstation is also compatible with NanoSpray, PhotoSpray and DuoSpray sources.

Addressing the Compelling Need to Discover More Drugs Faster Streamlining the pharmaceutical development process while improving safety and efficacy is a goal of every pharmaceutical company. Faster, more thorough evaluations of New Chemical Entities (NCEs) assures proper selection of the most promising drug candidates in an effort to reach this goal. With amazing speed and accuracy, the FlashQuant Workstation rapidly runs through early ADME in vitro assays such as metabolic stability assays using liver microsomes and hepatocytes, drug permeability assays such as CaCO-2 and PAMPA, as well as CYP inhibition and induction assays, to achieve quantitative results that are beyond reproach. The samples were split and run by LC-ESI/MS/MS and the new FlashQuant Workstation (MALDI-MS/MS). Excellent correlation between the two techniques is observed. The most significant difference between the techniques is the time to complete the study; ~5 minutes for 96 samples by FlashQuant Workstation, and 1.6 hours by fast LC-ESI/MS/MS.
