Certified copies of certificates CV Certified copy of highest grade passed (e.g Matric/Grade 12) Please hand deliver or courier the application. We DO NOT accept any faxed / e-mail applications. The CHETA requires original certified stamps on the supporting documents and the certification stamp MAY NOT be older than 3 months before the application.
