Vision

Vision Sense of tradition, sound engineering knowledge and sophisticated technology for our customers' success We are a customer-oriented, internationally operating company committed to tradition. Fleissner was founded in Asch/Bohemia in 1848. Since 1951, the company's production operations have been located in Egelsbach near Frankfurt/Main. With the fields of nonwovens, man-made fibers and carpet/textile finishing, being our spheres of competence, we are developing into a supplier of complete systems, thus strengthening our leading market position. For several decades, our machines have been at the head of developments in the world markets. Being a member of the Trützschler group, we will further expand our international presence by direct access to production and service know-how of our parent company's facilities in the USA, Brazil, India and China. Our production program is being constantly extended by newly developed products, accounting for twenty percent of sales every four years. Combining top quality and high reliability, we design our machinery and equipment for many years of smooth operation. Table of Contents We believe that a long-term, reliable and truthful cooperation with our customers and business partners is the road to success. Dryers Through-air drying = Fleissner Since 1929. The invention and grant of a patent for the perforated drum and the application of the through-air principle provided the basis for all subsequent developments. Up to this day, Fleissner is the leading manufacturer of drying, thermobonding and heatsetting machines, which are all based on this technology. They are used for heat-treatment of nonwovens, carpets and many other fabrics. More than 45,000 perforated drums have been manufactured at the Fleissner plant through the decades and are still operating in a reliable, economic and energy-saving manner in various types of machines all over the world. Patent

Nonwovens Systems and components for high-quality and innovative products Fleissner supplies components and complete systems for bonding, finishing and drying of nonwovens. Among these, the spunlace system takes a prominent position. FLEISSNER AquaJet and FLEISSNER LeanJet machines are operating today in more than 75 lines for the production of high-quality products. New products are developed and commercialized every year on Fleissner equipment with more than 1,000 continuous production lines for nonwovens already delivered. Spunlace

Synergies optimally and successfully used Fleissner is the market leader for complete processing lines, including FLEISSNER AquaJet and dryer, from fibers to finished roll goods. Fleissner will continue its cooperation with all qualified suppliers of web formation systems and incorporate their equipment if requested by the customers. Customers can benefit from the special advantage offered by the product portfolio of the Trützschler Nonwovens group, which is completed by fiber opening, carding and mechanical needling equipment of ERKO-Trützschler. Under the responsibility of its textile division, Fleissner has implemented several complete cotton projects from bleaching to finished roll goods. Products with specific properties, ranging from chips or recycled material to finished nonwovens, can be realized from a single source by cooperation of the Fleissner man-made fiber and nonwovens divisions. Production lines

Man-Made Fibers From chips to staple fibers - proven Fleissner technologies Fleissner has been involved in the development of man-made fiber production equipment right from the beginning with the delivery of perforated drum dryers, and has supplied two stage staple fiber lines since the 1960s. In the 1970s, compact single-stage processing systems were delivered for the first time, and after opening of the spinning tower in 2006, also complete production lines from chips/recycled materials to bales were delivered. Since then, Fleissner has gained experience as a system supplier from take-up of spun filaments (spinning wall) to baling of fiber tows in baling presses. Processes

Paper & Tissue Special products for highest demands Paper dryers for production speeds up to 2,000 m/min open up completely new opportunities for the throughair drum. Excellent knowledge and performance is required in design and production engineering to meet the high demands. TAD Hightech

Textiles A tradition of success For decades, the textile division has been supplying complete finishing lines for wool, woven and knit goods. Circular stenters set new standards for efficient, economic and space-saving drying of high-quality tufted carpets. The unmatched steamer design and the favorable dye application technology have made Fleissner the leading supplier of complete continuous dyeing lines. Carpet
