DEV/KGD6/2010/02 Detailed Engineering for Rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Pre-treatment and Reclamation Trains. OAM/KGD6/2010/03 Providing various Services for Operation and Maintenance of Oil and Gas Handling / Processing Facilities at Offshore and Onshore Terminal. Contractors interested to pre-qualify for receipt of tenders are required to submit the information as detailed below: Category No: DEV/KGD6/2010/01 : Provision of Process Knowhow and carrying out Front End Engineering Design for Rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Pre-treatment and Reclamation Trains. Contractor shall submit : a) Previous experience of supplying Process Knowhow and Front End Engineering Design Package in the past 10 years for Rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Pre-treatment and Reclamation trains having capacity of about 20 m 3 /hr or larger. Contractors to provide Details of work executed, contract value, client details and salient features of the work executed. Please attach the details with complete technical information and appropriate certification / documentation. b) As a minimum, the following technical details shall be provided for MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) reclamation trains supplied by Contractor and having capacity of about 20 m 3 /hr or larger. Rich MEG Reclamation Plant Capacity Details of Month/Year of Commissioning Lean MEG production rate Total Salt removal capacity Performance Guarantees given Client Name and Plant location Full details of contractor s tie-ups with research laboratories having expertise in understanding of MEG chemistry and salt precipitation. Details of contractor s capability to select chemicals required to work with its reclamation technology. Page 3 of 8

c) Details of resources available to carry out Front End Engineering Design for Rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Pre-treatment and Reclamation Trains having capacity of about 20 m 3 /hr or larger. Contractors to provide CVs of Key Technical personnel having experience in similar works. Contractor also to confirm its capability to perform the entire package using its home office resources. d) Company profile and audited financial results (balance sheet) for last five years. e) Present work commitments and anticipated work load. f) Brief on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance systems followed. g) Any other relevant information that will establish that Contractor is a competent engineering service provider having proven MEG reclamation technology. Category No: DEV/KGD6/2010/02 for Detailed Engineering for Rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Pre-treatment and Reclamation Trains. Contractor shall submit : a) Previous experience of carrying out Detailed Engineering in the past 10 years for Rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Pre-treatment and Reclamation Trains having capacity of about 20 m 3 /hr or larger at Onshore Gas Handling / Processing Facility. Contractors to provide details of work executed, contract value, process licensor details, client details and salient features of the work executed. Please attach the details with complete technical information and appropriate certification / documentation. b) Details of resources available to carry out Detailed Engineering for Rich MEG (Mono Ethylene Glycol) Pre-treatment and Reclamation trains having capacity of about 20 m 3 /hr or larger. Contractors to provide CVs of key technical personnel having experience in similar works. Contractor also to confirm its capability to perform the entire package using its home office resources. c) Company profile and audited financial results (balance sheet) for last five years. d) Present work commitments and anticipated work load. e) Brief on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance systems followed. f) Any other relevant information that will establish that Contractor is a competent detailed engineering service provider. Contract for Predictive/ Preventive and Break Down Maintenance for Lighting & Other miscellaneous Electrical Equipment / Systems (Other than Major Electrical equipments including GTGs) at Onshore Terminal. (C) INSTRUMENTATION Contract for Predictive/ Preventive and Break Down Maintenance of Instrument Systems at Offshore. Contract for Predictive/ Preventive and Break Down Maintenance of Instrument Systems at Onshore Terminal. (D) HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT Contract for Operation & Maintenance of Fire Tenders including providing Fire Fighting Personnel, Maintenance of Fire Equipment like Fire Extinguishers of different types etc. at Onshore Terminal. Contract for Disposal of Hazardous Waste and Non-Hazardous Waste. (E) CIVIL MAINTENANCE & HORTICULTURE Rate Contract for Civil Maintenance Jobs at Onshore Terminal / Vakalpudi. Contract for Civil Construction Jobs at Onshore Terminal / Vakalpudi. Contract for providing Horticulture Services / Green Belt Development and Maintenance such as Plantation, maintenance of plants etc. Contract for Earth Filling Work. (F) FABRICATION AND PAINTING JOBS Contract for Fabrication of Piping & Structural Works at Onshore Terminal. Contract for Fabrication of Piping & Structural Works at Offshore. Contract for Plant Painting Jobs for Onshore Terminal. Contract for Plant Painting Jobs for Offshore Platform. Contract for Hiring of various types of material Handling Equipment. Contract for Operations & running Maintenance of Steady State Water Systems such as Raw Water, Fire Water, Desalination Plant etc. at Onshore Terminal. Contract for Operations & running Maintenance of ETP/STP/Incinerator Plants, Tanker Loading Facility etc. at Onshore Terminal. Contract for Operation of HVAC Systems & Maintenance of HVAC, Package A/C s and Domestic A/C s. (I) SUB-SEA SERVICES Contract for performing Vacuum Testing of Flexible subsea risers including the interpretation of results. Contract for supply of instrumentation to be positioned remotely for measuring seabed depth and movement over extended time periods. Contract for engineering services for fatigue analysis of subsea pipelines. Contract for inspection services for near shore and river estuary pipeline inspection (CP, bathymetry etc). Contract for the air diving services for offshore operations. Contract for the development of a Diver less Subsea Pipeline Repair System. Contractor shall submit: a) Experience in providing similar services / types of Equipment / Material in last ten years. Contractor to provide details of work executed along with salient features of work viz technical information and appropriate certification/ documentation, order value and client contact details. b) Details of Equipment/Resources directly owned and details of key technical personnel. c) Company profile and audited financial results (balance sheet) for last five years. d) Present work commitments and anticipated work load. e) Brief on Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance systems followed. f) Any other relevant information that will establish that Contractor is a competent equipment/material/service provider. Category No: OAM/KGD6/2010/04: Supply of materials for Oil and Gas Handling / Processing Facilities at Offshore and Onshore Terminal. The materials as detailed hereunder will be required for operation and maintenance of Oil and Gas handling facilities at Offshore and at Onshore Terminal situated near Gadimoga village in Tallarevu Mandal, about 30 Km south of Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh, India: OAM/KGD6/2010/04/A/1.0 (A) MATERIAL SUPPLIES Contract for Supply of different types of chemicals used in Oil & Gas Industry such as Production Chemicals, Chemicals used in Storage Tanks, Chemicals used for prevention of scaling, prevention of corrosion, prevention of wax formation, flow improvers, anti bacterial, emulsifiers, de-emulsifiers, flocculants etc. for both Offshore & Onshore application. Contractor shall submit: a) Experience in providing various types of chemicals used in Oil and Gas Industry in last ten years. Contractor to provide details of orders executed along with salient features of work viz technical information and appropriate certification/ documentation, order value, quantity of supply and client contact details. b) Details of manufacturing facility, authority for marketing / supply of chemicals etc. c) Company profile and audited financial results (balance sheet) for last five years. d) Present work commitments and anticipated work load. e) Brief on Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance systems followed. f) Any other relevant information that will establish that Contractor is a competent supplier of chemicals used in Oil and Gas Industry.
