QUILT SHOW INFORMATION Directions to Hood River Armory, 1590 12th St. From the west: Take Exit #62 off I84, go east 1.1 miles on Cascade Ave. (Hwy.30.) Turn right onto 13th St at the light. From the east: Take Exit #63 off I84, turn left over the freeway. Go 1/4 mile south and turn right onto Oak St. Go.6 mile. Turn left onto 13th St. at the light. BOTH: On 13th St. go.6 mile up the hill staying in right lane. Turn right onto Belmont Ave. You are turning before you get to the curve. Immediately turn left just past the 1301 restaurant. Stay left to go into the Armory parking lot. We have Vendors too! Quilt Market The Quilt Market will be open during Quilt Show hours again this year. We ll be offering your gently used quilt or crafting related items for sale to benefit our guild. We d love to have books, magazines, fabrics, tools, gadget, rulers, threads, patterns, etc. After you donate, be sure to come and shop while you re at the quilt show. Someone else s trash can be your treasure! We are now accepting donations. You can drop them off or call for pick-up. Please call to arrange drop-off or pick-up. Enter Your Quilt GUIDELINES Shipped quilts must be insured and must include a prepaid return mailing label for the quilt. Quilts must be shipped US Postal Service or UPS only, please do NOT use Fed Ex. All quilts 25 or wider must have a 4 sleeve. Quilts longer than 96 will hang pinned and folded. Judged quilts must have been completed within two years prior to date of this quilt show. Quilts must be complete (no quilt tops.) All quilts must be clean and odor/smoke/pet hair free. A photograph of your quilt must be included with your entry form, with your name on the back. Photos will be used for identification purposes only and may not be returned. Attach the top half of the Quilt Label form to the back of your quilt. Keep the Claim check section for your records. Your signed claim check MUST be presented to pick-up your quilt. Every effort will be made to safeguard quilt entries. However, quilts should be insured through the entrant s insurance company. CRGQG reserves the right to reassign an entry to the most appropriate category. Quilts will be hung at the discretion of CRGQG. You may offer your quilt for sale at the show. Please indicate your desire on your entry form and quilt label. Interested buyers can contact the show entrance table to purchase your quilt. 10% of the sale price will go to CRGQG. Example 2: A guild member entering only non-judged quilts would pay $10 for the first quilt and $5 for each additional quilt. *Note: If you are joining our guild for the first time you will receive the November meeting at no additional cost. As a member you may use the member column to calculate your quilt entry fees. Quilts may be picked up from the show at 5:30pm on Saturday, Oct. 22th, or by appointment with Anne Marie Martin, 405-747-9353. ALL quilts must be picked up by Tues. Oct. 25th. Quilts not picked up by Oct. 25th will be available sometime in late spring when Anne Marie returns home from Yuma. A claim-check must be presented with the entrant s signature. Mailed quilts that are not pre-arranged to be picked up at the show, will be returned one week after the show. A prepaid UPS or US Postal Service shipping label must be included when you mail your quilt.
