Public Works IT staff will assist with networking configuration as necessary in accordance with Department IT Security Requirements Training: Vendor Representative shall give a general demonstration and Instruction of scanner, scansation and software including but not limited to calibration, maintenance, basic troubleshooting, loading of paper, clearing of paper jams, etc., and answer related questions posed by DES and IT Personnel. Training shall be provided for up to six (6) DPW Personnel. Training shall be held during DPW normal business hours, Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
