INSERTING THE BOBBIN Raise the presser foot. 1. Raise the needle to its highest position by rotating the handwheel towards you. 2. Remove the bobbin cover plate by pressing down on the lower left corner of the bobbin cover plate while pressing the latch to the right that holds the bobbin cover in place. (See fig. 2) 3.
