I hope that you got a chance to write down your answers to the four questions from your personal assignment at the end of Module 1. It will only take you 10-20 minutes to write down your answers, but it s really important that you do. It will get you to start thinking about what you do and do not like about your life right now before you continue with trying to change things. More importantly, you need to start thinking about why you do and do not like these aspects of your life. This will get you to start identifying the blueprint for your dream life. Once you ve identified your target blueprint, I m going to show you how to make it come true. Natalie s Story Let me tell you how I first learned about the Law of Attraction. You see, I started life as a small- town country girl in the outskirts of Sydney. Even when I was young, I had this intense desire to become successful and really live life. I had no idea what I was doing, and decided to drop out of school and set out at age 16. In the following years, I tried almost every business venture I could think of and worked in almost every type of job. I got involved with the personal development circuit for over ten years, and became obsessed with why some people were able to become so successful so quickly, while others struggled for years with few results. By the time I was 30, I was working in a nightclub that I owned with my husband, but I also had a million other side businesses, including healthy vending machines, promotional companies, even a mail house.
Despite the hard work and long hours I was putting in every single day, I just didn t feel like my life was getting any better. On the outside, things were going well. Financially I was doing okay, no great, and I had all these businesses, yet I was totally unhappy. It almost felt like I was working harder and harder and wasn t getting any benefits in my life. At the time, I didn t know anyone with a traditional day job who worked nearly as hard or as long as I did. I knew something needed to change, but I wasn t sure what. By chance, I happened to see the documentary and film The Secret which first introduced me to the Law of Attraction. Suddenly things started seeming to just sort of come together. By following the principles I learned and doing exercises like the ones I m going to outline for you in this course, I realized what I truly needed to be happy was not what I was currently working toward. Once it became clear to me what I really wanted, and once I was able to start envisioning myself actually living that life, things started changing so rapidly it almost felt like I got whiplash. To me, the results seemed almost magical. Suddenly, I was able to focus all my time and energy into the things that really mattered to me: spending time with friends and family, the ability to spread my my message and mage a real difference in the world. Since then, I ve learned all about the sorts of things that hold people back. Almost as if our meeting was destined, I happened to run into a fellow Aussie named Ryan who was also interested in the Law of Attraction. Ryan told me about this incredible new idea he had to supercharge visualization efforts (a key component of the Law of Attraction) and everything else is history. I now travel the world speaking at events and interviewing people for my Inspiration Show. After years of study, I have gained a deep understanding of the Law of Attraction and I have dedicated her life to teaching those principles to others. Let me start with the Basics
Law of Attraction Basics Now, this part is where a lot of people give up on using the Law of Attraction because they just don t want to believe the truth of what I m about to tell you. I want to impress on you how important it is that you accept the following points. Now, I believe that this is the honest, physical truth. I believe that we ll eventually be able to understand the total science of why the universe works this way. In fact, in recent years, all kinds of evidence has come to light which seem to provide evidence that the Law of Attraction is actually working all the way down to the quantum level. But, even if you d only like to believe that this is just a way of thinking about the world, that s fine because if you can accept this certain way of thinking, that s all you need to start using the Law of Attraction. Ok, for the big question, What is the Law of Attraction? The simplest way of stating the Law of Attraction is to say, Like attracts like. Now, there s lots of different explanations as to why this is so, but the fact of the matter is, that people and opportunities in the universe seem to be almost magnetically attracted to people and things like themselves. People who have successful mindsets seem to be irresistibly attracted to others with a similar mindset. People with money attract other people with money. People with amazing relationships and family lives attract others who create the same. Regardless of why, this is just what we ve observed in the world. I m sure if you examine your life, you ll be able to find lots of ways that you ve attracted people and opportunities into your life that cause you to continue on the same path you ve always lived. But, regardless, in order to truly use the Law of Attraction to your advantage, you need to just accept that the following statements are true on some level. First of all, science has shown us that the universe is made up of energy. Every star, every planet, even every person (down to the tiniest molecules and atoms) is made up of vibrating energy. This is what creates matter, and if you ve ever studies physics, you ll know this is a proven scientific fact. Now, the Law of Attraction states that your personal vibrational energy, which you can control with your brain and thought patterns, is irresistibly attractive to anything else with a similar vibration.
So if I nurture my vibrational energy, or mental state, to match the same vibrations as those with money, or those who are looking for love, I will end up running into those people in my life. We ll connect on some unseen level which draws us together at the same place at the same time. On the flip side, if I maintain the mental state of those who are bad with money, or if I m constantly worried about having bad relationships, well unfortunately I ll continue to attract the people and events that cause me to continue on in the same state, forever. But the question is, how can you change your mindset to one that attracts the things that you do want? Fortunately, I will be teaching you the principles you need to understand to gain the power to control your mental state so that you re attracting the things you want most of out life. It all starts with controlling your thoughts. And with conditioning, practice, and training, you will gain the ability to control your mental state most of the time, so that you are constantly attracting more good things into your life. Luckily, I will show you the easiest and most effective ways possible to achieve the mental state that you want. But regardless of what you believe, the truth is that this method works, especially when applied the way that I am about to teach you. You see, between my own experiences and the experiences of all the people I ve coached, I ve really learned what all the most common pitfalls are. I ve also learned the best and easiest ways to move past these so you can get straight to the good stuff. So the best way to think about it is that your mental state and the composition of your thoughts should match the way you would think if you re already living your dream life. What I mean is, if you want to live a life of abundance and financial prosperity, the first thing you need to do is start thinking like a person who is living that type of life. Once you can achieve this mental state, those things will be attracted to you like a magnet. It s almost as if the universe pitches in to give you a life that matches your thoughts. This concept is exactly opposite from what a lot of people naturally do. Most people have it exactly backwards, as I once did. I ve learned that when you re saying and thinking, things like, I have to work hard, or life is hard, or if only I get this or that, THEN I ll be happy you just continue to live a life that matches those expectations.
Thinking this way pretty much traps you so you keep reliving the same life you have now. You need to make a fundamental difference in the way you think to achieve real change. Now, the main way that Law of Attraction students achieve the right mental state is with the use of something called visualization, which is a skill I will be going into great detail about in the coming sections. Visualization is basically the process of imagining yourself having achieved your ideal life, down to the smallest details. So instead of just focusing on losing weight, or getting the perfect partner, or being rich, focus on what you ACTUALLY want and be clear. Ask yourself WHY you want those things and expand on that. So you want to lose weight. Chances are, that number on the scale isn t what you really want. It symbolizes your true goals. Maybe you want to be physically fit enough to participate in your favorite sport or activity or be strong enough to defend yourself. Maybe you want to wear the sexy clothes you used to. Maybe you miss the reactions you used to get from other people when you weighed less. Maybe you miss the feeling of accomplishment you used to have when you got dressed up to go out. So you say you want to be with your perfect partner. What does that mean to you? Does that mean you partner lets you be yourself or that your partner pushes you to new heights of success. Does that mean someone who supports you and encourages you to go after what s important to you, or maybe it means certainty, support, and companionship. A lot of people think they want to be rich, but why? Is it because you want to have enough money to travel the world or does it just mean you want to pay all your bills each month with plenty left over? Maybe you want the prestige of owning a business, or maybe it s just because you want to have the ability to work less and spend more personal time with your friends and family. Regardless of what happiness means to you, you need to get clear with what that is. This is going to make a huge difference on how you proceed. More importantly, the clearer you can get with what you want right now, the more quickly you will get results. Even more importantly, you will actually be attracting the things that will actually make you happy. Now, I d like you to complete the personal assignments for this section before you move onto the next section, where I walk you through a step- by- step process to discover your true goals.
