O U R P R O C E S S I. Discovery: During the discovery phase, you will share your vision of your new home or space with your project manager and team. Afterward, we will create a site plan and meet with the appropriate agencies to see if the vision is possible before we start the design. II. Schematics: Based on your vision and style preferences, we will select an architect from our team to create the concept drawings to provide a visual of your new home or space. At this stage, we will also create a detailed, room-by-room budget with allowances for each item to provide you with complete control over cost. III. Working Drawings: Once you approve the schematic design of your project, more detailed drawings will be created that include floor plans, elevations, and key sections. DAVITT DESIGN BUILD 10 10

Construction Documents: While we prepare engineering plans for your building permit, you will have our continued support as we work with you, make suggestions, and guide you in order to remain within your budget. V. Construction: During the construction phase, you will begin our client selections process in order to identify key design elements using our organized client selections book and timetable. Once construction is underway, a Davitt team member will be on site every day to oversee every phase of the process and answer your questions. Should any unexpected challenges arise, we ll address them immediately and find creative solutions that meet your needs, communicating with you every step of the way. DAVITT DESIGN BUILD 11 11
