Product overview Silkscreen glass is made by using inorganic color ink to print a pattern through a special screen design on glass. Screen print opaque decorative glass, Screen print translucent decorative glass, Screen print mirror glass and non-fading multicolor acid-etched glass is manufactured. GLASCO has got four brand segmentations like this, Pure Garden (Screen print translucent decorative glass), Luxe (Screen print mirror glass), Chic (Screen print opaque decorative glass), Textura (textured Acid- etched glass and back-paint glass). Anti-glare The partial printing of silkscreen glass reduces glare. The sequential partial printing of screen printed glass subdued a direct sunlight. Safety Screen print glass can be tempered to improve safety as well. Direction for Application of Adhesive The recommended silicon is the neutral silicon where silicon is applied directly to the products. And the silicon must be allowed to breathe in order to cure. Versatile solutions and care The products have the same property of the back painted glass, so you can easily use to diverse interiorspace like back painted glass. And we recommend the neutral silicon in your application surface like MDF, Steel and so on.
Caution! Tempered silkscreen glass cannot be recut, customers must confirm size and shape when ordering. If you want Acid-etched and tempered glass, you must order to cut as actual size. It takes more time to produce silkscreen glass when special color or silkscreen must be re-prepared. When silkscreen glass is used for facade or exterior usage, the printed side faces inward.
