Terms of trading Warranties IHS offers a 10 year unlimited gaurantee on all manufacturing processes and a next day parts & service dispatch. All third party products & appliances will be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. All claims are to be sent to IHS in writing. All repairs and transportation of replacement parts will be the responsibility of IHS and will be actioned within 24 hours of notice during the working week Monday to Friday. Warranties do not extend to mistreatment and neglect on behalf of the user. Installation & Training Service IHS offers an installation service, rubbish removal program and on-site product training. Review & Check-up service IHS offers quarterly product inspections for the first year, and annual reviews for a further 5 years. \ Lead Times Manufacturing lead times will vary depending on the product range and can be decided at time of purchase, but will generally fall in the range of 6-8 working weeks for standard product from receipt of signed Order Confirmation and establishment of payment. Any stocked items can be dispatched within 7 days. The delivery period of customised standard product will be decided at time of purchase. 24
