Hardwood floor sealer is applied to the surface of the wood floor to protect against stains and damage. Pall-X Color and Pall-X 325 are single component waterborne sealers that add a layer of protection over raw or stained wood floors. Pall-X Color Sealer Choosing the Perfect Sealer Pall-X Color s unique formula reacts with most wood species to bring out the warm rich tones of the wood. This sealer is recommended to enhance the vibrancy and depth of the stain color. Note: do not use over white or pastel stains. Pall-X 325 Sealer Pall-X 325 is ideal when a clear, light tone look is desired. It is also recommended over white or pastel stains prior to the application of the final finish coats. VOC compliant and 100% fully cured in 4 days allows you to be back on your floor quicker than when choosing traditional oil modified polyurethanes. A two component waterborne hardwood floor finish, Pall-X 98 is designed for commercial and high traffic residential applications. Pall-X 96 Finish Pall-X 96 is a clear finish which allows the natural beauty of the floor to shine through. It is available in four popular sheens: gloss, semi-gloss, satin, and matte. VOC compliant and 100% fully cured in 7-10 days allows you to be back on your floor quicker than when choosing traditional oil modified polyurethanes. A single component waterborne hardwood floor finish, Pall-X 96 is designed for light commercial and residential applications.
Weekly Pallmann Hardwood Floor Cleaner is a nontoxic, streak-free ph neutral formula for daily cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial no-wax wood floor finishes. The Pallmann Hardwood Floor Cleaner may be used with the Pallmann Microfiber Pad on a weekly basis or as needed to thoroughly clean your floors. Using the Pallmann Hardwood Floor Dusting Pad, lightly dust the floor to remove large debris. A vacuum may also be used for large areas. Clean stubborn spots, spills, and shoe marks by spraying the Hardwood Floor Cleaner directly on the areas. Monthly Inspect protector pads on furniture and ensure that all walk-off mats are in proper locations. Also, visually inspect the wood floor for traffic patterns that may be present. If a traffic pattern is noticeable, it may be time to consult a wood flooring professional to discuss recoating your wood floors. Maintenance Yearly Contact a professional hardwood flooring contractor to deep clean your wood floors using Pallmann Clean Strong product every year. Over time, everyday residues such as oils, grease, and dirt will accumulate on the hardwood floor. These residues can act as an abrasive which may cause premature finish wear. The Pallmann Clean Strong product is a professional product that should only be used by a professional hardwood flooring contractor. Several Years Later Your wood floor may need a new coat of finish several years after the initial application. This will ensure that you do not wear down the current finish to bare wood, causing expensive sanding procedures. Compared to re-sanding, re-coating is an inexpensive procedure that often can be completed in one day with little to no dust in the home. We recommend using our dustless recoating products Pall-X Bond with our Pall-X 96 or Pall-X 98 waterborne finishes.
