Shaped Glass TB#1501.05 INTIGRAL Page 1 of 8 Revision 5 Issue Date 2/01/11 INTIGRAL offers Shaped Glass for more decorative window styles. General Parameters Options Available Not Available Spacer Type: SuperSpacer Intercept IG Type: Double Pane Triple Pane Heat Mirror Muntin Type: Muntin Colors: Vgroove Type: Vgroove Colors: 5/8 Flat 5.5x18 Contour Most colors available except gold. See Muntin Availability TB for details 3/8 Vgroove ¾ Vgroove All Ordering: 1. Shape Code (5-STD = Trapezoid) Shape Field 2. Mirror Image (T or F) 3. Rounded Corners (T or F) 4. Corner Radius =.25 5. Dimensions (Numeric Values) Fields vary based on shape A-F Interpreting the drawings All drawings shown are viewed from the outside of the house looking in.

Options: Image and Code Rectangle Possible Pattern Configurations Specifications N/A 1-STD Triangle For a right angle triangle set A=0. 2-STD Peak To create a point at the top of this shape, provide only dimensions W, H, A, and B. Dimensions C and D will default to the center point of the base. 3-STD D =

Dome The top of this dome does not need a true semi-circle (H = W/2). The customer can provide W, H, and A or B. WinIG will insert the appropriate dimension for A or B. 4-STD Trapezoid H must always equal the tallest leg height. For Example, A H H A W W 5-STD Use mirror image for a left trapezoid. Circle This must be a true circle. Therefore, W will always equal H. This shape cannot be used for an ellipse or oval. 6-STD

Semi-Circle This drawing is not required to be a true semicircle and can also be used for eyebrows. 7-STD Quarter Circle To make this a true quarter circle, make W equal to H. In this case, no other dimensions are required. If the desired shape is not a true quarter circle, the customer must provide (in addition to W and H) B and C, or B=0 and C=X, or B=X and C=0. If B or C equals 0 the radius will cut directly from W or H instead of B or C. Use mirror image for a right quarter circle. 8-STD Hexagon If all legs are equal in length, the customer needs to provide only W or H. In this case, W will always equal H. WinIG will determine the length of the leg automatically. 9-STD

Octagon If all legs are equal in length, the customer needs to provide only W and H. In this case, W will always equal H. WinIG will determine the length of the leg automatically. 10-STD 3-Radius Dome N/A Can be used to make an Ellipse or Cathedral pattern. For a Cathedral pattern the center hub must be equal to 1/64 11-STD D = Parallelogram To create a right corner at the left or right of the base, make A or B equal to 0. If A is equal to B, only the A dimension is required. WinIG will assume A is equal to B. 12-STD

Narrow Base Trapezoid To create a right corner at the left or right of the base, make A or B equal to 0. If A is equal to B, only the A dimension is required. WinIG will assume A is equal to B. 13-STD Partial Dome On this shape B must always equal W. If it does not, please use the Quarter Circle. 14-STD

Pentagon D = E = If the top of the peak is at the center point of the base, then the customer does not need to provide E. 15-STD Heptagon This shape will only work when H is slightly less than W. It does not provide any ordering flexibility. The best was to use this shape is to provide W and let WinIG calculate H. 16-STD

Ellipse Please note the origin of A is below the base and the value of C is equal to the difference from the base and the origin point of A 21-STD Oval 17-STD

Cathedral The value of A (base) must be equal to the value of W (width). 22-STD AutoCad If the customer requested shape does not fall into on of the above options, WinIG is capable of importing an AutoCad drawing. When using AutoCad please follow these guidelines: The shape must be a continuous line It must contain the exact dimensions of the glass needed It must be saved as one shape per file The file must be a.dxf file The customer must identify the shape with a name or number. The shape will remain in WinIG indefinitely under that name for future orders. The identifier can contain a maximum of eight characters. The AutoCAD file should be emailed to Intigral to upload the image. Please allow an extended lead time to process this request.
