1) Style To suit every family and garden, we've created different types of playhouses which are full of charm and character. Traditional Single-Storey, Two-Storey builds, Log Cabin playhouses and Tower playhouses all come in a variety of designs. Our playhouses aim to capture children's imagination and enhance play time outside. If you aren't sure which to choose, find out all you need to know with our helpful guide.

Traditional Single-Storey The traditional, single-storey playhouse looks just like the cottages in your children's favourite fairytale stores. With charming features, a single-storey playhouse is a great addition for any child. Gingerbread Junior The Gingerbread is a great single-storey playhouse with a traditional style. Two cottage-style windows make the playhouse feel authentic and a choice of added picket fences add oodles of charm. Lollipop Max This playhouse has a traditional cottage appearance with four cottage windows and an Apex roof. The Lollipop Max includes decking which provides extra play space and is great for tea parties or placing table and chairs! Bunny Playhouse The Bunny playhouse has a traditional design, with four cottage-style windows and a stable door which can be half opened or closed. You can also add a picket fence for even more fun.

Tower Playhouses Our Tower playhouses feature a unique raised level design which creates a playhouse with ultimate fun factor. Slide options are also available with these impressive playhouses! Bunny Tower Ranges These incredible playhouses have a raised level design which offers a perfect hideaway for children to relax and play in. Both the Bunny Tower and Bunny Max Tower are available in sizes 6x5 and 6x7. You also have the option of adding a slide to the playhouse! Lollipop Tower Ranges The Lollipop Tower range features two fantastic playhouses which are guaranteed to enhance your children's playtime. Both have the option of a slide, so children can climb up the ladder to their dream house and then slide back down. The Lollipop Max Tower comes in sizes 7x8 and 7x14. The Lollipop Junior Tower is available in sizes slightly smaller, which are 7x6 and 7x12.

Two-Storey Playhouses Our two-storey playhouses have an additional raised platform and bunk which offer a snug and cosy level for children to play and relax. The two storey design provides the unit with extra space, making it ideal for hosting parties and sleepovers. Peardrop Junior This playhouse has three cottage-style windows and includes flower boxes which you can add pretty flowers too. You also have the option of added decking and picket fences for extra charm. Gingerbread Max This two-storey playhouse has plenty of charm. A wonderful choice of picket fences adds more space to play in and with an extra bunk, the playhouse becomes the perfect retreat for children. Peardrop Extra This characterful playhouse has a number of features which make it so unique. Extend children's play space with a bunk or add decking and a picket fence if you would like more exciting features for the playhouse.

Log Cabin Playhouses Our fantastic Log Cabin playhouses include amazing features and use a solid 19mm to 28mm interlocking construction. Annex Log Cabin This breathtaking playhouse will make all your children's dreams a reality. Featuring multi rooms and a two-storey design, the unit has a raised bunk, creating extra space and charm. The playhouse also includes five cottage-style windows, including shutters and flower boxes. As well as a beautifully crafted stable door. Junior Log Cabin The single-storey Junior Log Cabin is full of character. An integrated verandah offers a charming porch area which is perfect for children to welcome their friends. Child's Log Cabin This lovely, cosy playhouse looks charming and authentic. The playhouse features two cottagestyle windows which include shutters and flower boxes. The interlocking 19mm construction provides great protection from the elements.

2) Features We have a range of fantastic design features available with our playhouses which make them so unique and exciting for children. Bunk Playhouses which feature a bunk, create an extra level for children to play, relax or read in. Even the most argumentative of siblings can enjoy their own space with this great feature. Picket Fences What could be more charming than a picket fence? We offer different sizes so you can choose one which fits your requirements perfectly. Decking Added decking is a great feature as it provides extra play space for children. It's also great for keeping children off muddy ground and provides a great space for placing outdoor toys. Slide Slide options are available with our Tower playhouses. Children can climb up the ladder and go down the slide. If you want a playhouse with ultimate fun-factor, you may as well include a slide!

3) Wooden Construction The construction of a wooden playhouse affects how durable and strong the build is, as well as how weather proof it is against the elements. All of our playhouses have been constructed using interlocking T&G boards. Interlocking T&G Our fantastic wooden playhouses are constructed using the highly popular tongue and groove technique. The 11mm panels are pre-engineered to interlock together, which gives the playhouse strength as well as providing an all-around smooth finish. As the boards interlock together, they give also deny water entry which could damage the build. Log Cabin Playhouses These playhouses are constructed from highquality 19mm to 28mm interlocking T&G boards. The Junior Log Cabin is constructed with 19mm or 28mm according to your preference. The thicker boards provide great strength for the overall build, as well as good protection from the elements.

4) Floor Choices All playhouses are provided floors and these vary within the ranges. Durelis Solid Sheet, slatted boards and T&G are the floors we offer and each provide the playhouses with a floor that is wellequipped for domestic use from children. 11mm T&G Our premium 11mm T&G floor provides great quality flooring and can withstand all domestic use. The floor also provides a smooth finish which looks great inside the playhouse. Your children will be playing on a floor that is built to last. 11mm Slatted boards We offer 11mm slatted boards which offer a good base for the floor of the playhouse and a less premium option than the 11mm T&G flooring. 10mm Durelis Solid Sheet This pre-cut to size and simply attached to the floor joists. It is used in all of our Log Cabin playhouses and provides a moisture-resistant base which is great for spills that can occur in a playhouse. It's also great for handling all of your children's toys.

5) Roof Choices Our playhouses are all supplied with a Durelis solid sheet roof which works to keep water out of the building. Playhouses require roofing felt for maximum protection from the weather and therefore we supply this as standard. Roof Material An 8mm Durelis Solid Sheet roof is provided with all of our playhouses. the Durelis is constructed using a moisture-resistant chipboard which works effectively to keep rainwater out of the building. The solid sheet has a smooth to the touch finish and is child-friendly, with no rough edges. This type of roof is great for a playhouse as it's easy to clean. Roof Cover Playhouses require roof coverage to keep them protected from the worst of the weather. We supply sand felt with all our playhouses so that your playhouse is well-equipped for the outdoors. The sand felt is pre-cut to size and simply attached to the roof after it is built. When it rains heavily, you won t have to worry, as it is well protected.
