Entries are due no later Thursday, May 17 th, (unless otherwise stated). 2. Visit the fair s website www.stancofair.com to enter your exhibits online, or download an entry form. An Exhibitor will be charged a $4.00 processing fee for entries submitted on a paper entry form. 3. Each entry must be entered separately online and/or on the entry form. 4. Entry must be authorized by the PARENT or GUARDIAN. The exhibitor s age must also be included on the form in order to be considered complete. 5. Items listed in an any other class must be specified clearly on form, and must not be eligible for entry in any other class. 6. Entries must be original work of exhibitor, no kits allowed unless stated. 7. Entries must have been completed within one year of the opening date of fair. 8. Every possible care will be taken in handling entries, but the fair assumes no responsibility for loss or damage from any cause to any item entered. All State & Local rules apply.
