MARKETING YOUR DIGITAL CATALOGUE S Send the following message to everyone you know by text message, WhatsApp, messenger and email people you know would support you in business: ***THIS IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD SCHEDULE TO SEND EVERY CAMPAIGN TO PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS AND THE SPECIAL OFFERS *** Hi Name, would you like to have a look at my New Digital Catalogues and AMAZING New Products. FOLLOW THE DAILY ONLINE STRATEGY Add 50 Friends to Your Group & Private Message them (Do this 25 in day / 25 in eve, until friends list is exhausted and remember to PM them individually the message as shown on previous page build relationships!) Join 10 Buy & Sell Groups per day ONLY Post 3/5 Products on your own Group per day Advertise 1-2 products on a total of 25 Groups daily, this should be done in smaller amounts, spread across the day in pockets of time. (only use edited cropped pictures to post in selling groups and remember to promote your group name, not the link on these posts) Place a join my group advert in 5 selling groups daily (be mindful not to post these ad s and your products posts all at the same time, spread them across the day / eve and use a mix of a few images). Make your group social and fun EVERY day see social tips on the next page Run a competition on own group (follow competition strategy) Post a Sponsoring Ad on 5 other Groups (We start and then share our opportunity) Following through on all Activity from above 1. Approve group members. 2. Post a welcome to the group message, tagging people in the comments. 3. Thank people for support and tag them in post if they add friends 4. Like, Add friends & PM anyone responds to recruiting ads.

7. BEING SOCIAL IS ESSENTIAL Examples (Find more on the vista group Oriflame photo library) We recommend 2/3 of these a week

SOME IDEA S OF SCRIPTS TO USE WHEN PEOPLE RESPOND: First if someone likes or comments on Your Post.Like their response and comment saying something like: Hi Name, thank you for your like please drop me a message if you d like further info Always tag their name on the reply comment, this notifies them of your comment. Responding to prospects Keep it social! Step one - your first response is all about finding out more: Hi Name, thanks for requesting further info regarding the opportunities we currently have available. Whereabouts are you based Name, why is it your responded to our advert and what exactly is it that you are looking for? Thanks Your Name Let the prospect come back with a response as it will help you tailor the opportunity to their needs. You can of course then reply doing exactly that (see the script book on example of how to respond). More often than not we will direct them to look at more information after we have discovered more about what they want / need www.thevistagroup.couk

Step two (option 1): No response from prospect Remember the fortune is in the follow through!! Most people will see the message straight away, because they connected with you first, but they may not have taken the time to watch the videos (for whatever reason). Therefore, it s key that you prompt them by sending a follow up message 24 hours after they expressed their interest: Hi Name, hope you re well. You recently requested further information about work from home opportunities that we currently have, is this something that s still of interest to you? Are there any questions that you need answering? Look forward to hearing back from you. Your Name Step two (option 2): Prospect comes back saying interested then here is an idea of what to say. That s great Name. Would you like me to give you a call and explain everything, most people find chatting over the phone easier. What is the best number to contact you on? IF THEY DON T WANT TO GIVE NUMBER - just private message. Always keep it warm, personal and social. OR Hi Name, that s great you re interested, did you have any questions? Next step would be for you to send me a few pieces of information that I need so that I can get you registered today; how does that sound for you? Look forward to hearing back from you. Your Name After they respond saying yes that s ok, we simply send a message asking for the info required to register them straight away. This way although we ask for personal details, they have already expressed they are ok with sharing info.

The best way to learn to present the business and answer questions that a prospect poses is to IMMEDIATELY contact your sponsor and they can do a 3-way call with you so you can listen and learn. Also with questions via message, your Sponsor can give you the responses to message back while you re learning the best practice. IF THEY DON T WANT TO GIVE NUMBER - just private message. Always keep it warm, personal and social. 8. COMPETITION STRATEGY We recommend that you should run 1 or 2 competitions / giveaways in your group each sales campaign. This will build your group with pace, move product and recruit the right numbers. Please take time to watch the short training video on running competitions!! First thing you need to do is decide on a prize, you could use FREE products you ve received or perhaps a hamper or other prize

24-48hrs before competition launch, post a competition coming soon in your group. Build excitement with your members. On the Go Live day change the post to let people know the competition is running and it s for a limited time only (creates urgency!). See example post below. Run your competition for 5 days only (no more, no less)

Post your competition post in 6/10 selling groups daily (post during peak times and use a leading advert) See example wording below During competition time, continue to pop 3/5 products per day in your online group. Reduce your product posts down to 20 per day in selling groups (spread across the day) as your traffic levels could lead to a restriction online Comment on ALL likes or comments you receive on your group or the selling sites, BE SOCIAL as this will encourage interaction and sales. Remember you are building a fb community and a lot of your sales will come from your own group. Each day post a Top 10 or Top 5, tagging the relevant people. This has a massive impact on the activity as people will compete Each day change the competition headline before posting in the next lot of selling groups - countdown the 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days and then 1 day to go Announce your winner and arrange prompt despatch of the prize (remember to send the winner some info about our products and opportunity) Post a recruiting advert (take advice from your sponsor on this)

Top Tips: Planning is KEY!! Be friendly and social (thank people) Work the competition no matter what Don t over post, tempting as it may be! Keep posting the competition in new groups daily Make sure you have a recruiting advert in your group Have an interactive post in your group New product posts will drive your sales Ask your winner to post a pic when they get their prize 9. MARKETING TO YOUR ONLINE CUSTOMERS Organise your customers into 3 weeks Then each week on a Friday you will market your business to each customer group Send a private message to each customer: Hi Name, I hope you re having a great week? Have a look at our Top 3 Products of The week: (share 3 images and prices etc) Also you may wish to see full range in our up to date digital catalogues: (send the link to your e-cat) I will be placing an order Sunday so please let me know if you want anything. 10. DO & DON T S STAYING SAFE ONLINE The Do s Post ad s that say search my group Your Group Name Add a comment on a post when you are sharing a video Make sure you do ALL the correct activity levels EVERY day ALWAYS ask prospects to PM you, then reply Post recruiting ad s using start discussion as this fits better with the fb over promotion rules if you use sell something you MUST put an amount of money or post will not be seen (same on products) Use a call to action on the any recruiting image as repeat use of PM me or inbox me is picked up by fb and can lead to spamming restrictions Change wording and picture of ad s regularly for products and recruiting repeat use (even if your results are great!) is spamming. Use emoji s (don t overdo it!) as Facebook algorithms love them! The Dont s Post ad s that involve multiple posts of your link Refrain from bumping ads at same time as posting new one s Don t over post / join selling groups Don t PM people with info about opportunity without contact first from them Don t open a new account is you get one restricted or disabled Don t post in multiple groups (Facebook tool) has limited visibility, this is often the case with Marketplace too. Most of the restrictions on Facebook are not about what you HAVE DONE, it s about what you HAVEN T Done FOLLOW THE SYSTEM
