All garments will be customized with the Cleveland Clinic logo on the right chest. Satisfaction Guarantee Every garment from Arrow Uniform is guaranteed to meet customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, it must be returned within 30 days and we will credit your account. However, if you would like a new garment a new PO number will have to be submitted. (Please see Return/Exchange policy for additional information) Returns/Exchanges We do not accept customized garments to be returned unless they are defective. To complete a return please fill out the form provided with your order and contact our customer service team. Returns must be made within 30 days of ship date.
