To be judged Tuesday, July 17th, 2018 Bring Items to the Fair to be displayed Sunday, July 15 th 2 PM 6 PM or Monday, July 16 th 9 AM 6 PM 1. The best possible care will be taken of all goods, but the Society will not be responsible for loss or damage to articles on exhibition. 2. Goods must be displayed in places assigned by Superintendent. 3. Exhibitors must have entry tags on when entering. No article will be hung unless tagged. 4. Exhibitors must show their exhibitor s ticket when entering and before receiving goods. 5. All articles will be hung and taken down by fair committee and assistants. 6. All articles exhibited must be original work of the exhibitor. 7. When there is but one exhibit in a group, it must be worthy to receive a prize. 8. Only 1 entry in each item to be shown on an exhibitor s ticket. 9. Exhibitors and visitors are not permitted in the exhibition area during judging.
