State wage and hour laws He also has designed and implemented large scale reductions-in-force and has defended the age, gender and race-based claims that have arisen consequently. Additionally, David also counsels employers on a daily basis in many aspects of the employment relationship, from litigation avoidance to terminations, diversity and safeguarding proprietary information. His clients vary in size from small entities to Fortune 500 companies. A founding member of Littler Mendelson's Boston office, David formerly acted as the office managing shareholder and was a member of the Board of Directors. He also formerly co-chaired the Boston Bar's Labor and Employment section and was an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University's Law School on whose Dean's Committee he also served. David previously worked as a clerk for the Honorable Edmund Keville, Massachusetts Appeals Court.
