12 Hop-Sync Cable (SEL-3031 Only) Radio B MODE = MASTER SYNC = Receive Using multiple SEL-3031 Radios in the same location can cause interference between the two radios when trying to communicate on separate links. Use the SEL Hop-Sync Cable to avoid this interference. The Hop-Sync cable greatly reduces adjacent channel noise and allows each radio to receive data without interference from the adjacent antennas. The connection diagram in Figure 21 shows the proper way to connect three co-located SEL-3031 Radios. For more information on operating the Hop- Sync cable, please refer to the SEL-3031 Instruction Manual.
