Any on going special pricing must be approved by management and mutually signed off by both parties on a special pricing form prior to being implemented and loaded into our system. 2.5. Failure to follow this procedure will result in special pricing being invalid. 2.6. Prices exclude GST 2.7. Minimum order is $20.00 plus gst. 3. Technical Information & Support 3.1. Information provided by Print N Cut Solutions Staff members, our website and price list is based on information we believe to be correct and reliable. Any information given if provided is to be used as a guide and does not constitute a warranty. 3.2. Purchasers should assess the suitability of the product being purchased for the application prior to ordering the goods. 3.3. Print N Cut Solutions maintains no responsibility or liability on advice given regarding manufacturing or production methods used and purchasers should independently determine the appropriate process of their own accord. 4. Payment of Goods 4.1. Ownership of Goods: 4.1.1. All goods remain the property of Print N Cut Solutions until such time as they are paid in full. 4.2. Payment Options 4.2.1. Customers without an approved 30 day trading account will be required to pay prior to goods being sent. No goods will be sent without payment if an account has not been approved. Please allow 10 (business) days for processing and ensure all pages are completed and signed in fill by the owners/directors of the business. 4.2.2. We accept the following methods of payments: Credit card or EFT are out preferred method of payment. Cash will be accepted at our branch trade counter for customer pick ups or via our local delivery van. Please advise us at the of your order if you would like change. 4.2.3. Credit cards - Are the easiest and more convenient way to do business with Print N Cut Solutions. This will allow goods to be sent the most Efficiently. 4.2.3.1. We accept Visa and Mastercard only 4.2.4. EFT- An official bank notification must be sent prior to the goods being sent. It must include the bank name, company or purchaser s name with an official receipt number. the payment must be confirmed and not pending. 4.2.4.1. Customers who choose to pay via EFT and haven t purchased before must wait 3 days for payments to clear prior to goods being sent. 4.2.5. Cheque Payment - Cheques will not be accepted as payment unless via prior arrangement with management. If you haven t traded with us previously, credit card and cash are the only methods accepted. 4.3. Trading Terms 4.3.1. Trading Terms are strictly 30 days from the end of the month and are subject to credit approval. Customers who are over these terms can not be guaranteed supply of goods. 4.3.2. Credit Limits do apply and payment may be sought prior to more goods being shipped out if you are over your credit limit. 4.3.3. Your credit limit may be reviewed from time to time and adjusted depending on financial reporting available at the time. 4.3.4. There will be a 1.5% surcharge when paying your 30 day account using credit card. 5. Return of Goods 5.1 Any errors in delivery by Print N Cut Solutions must be reported to customer service with in 7 days of receiving the goods. Any issues after 7 days will not be recognised. 5.2. A request for return or credit must include the date of purchase and either the order confirmation number or invoice number as proof of purchase. 5.3. Any physical returns must be approved by the customer service manager prior to the return. Any goods sent back without approval will be rejected. 5.3.1. Orders for return must be arranged for collection by Print N Cut Solutions and a tracking number issued using an approved Print N Cut Solutions freight provider 5.4. Any goods ordered in error by the customer will incur a restocking fee if 10% - no exceptions. 5.5. Items ordered in especially for the customer that are not a stocked item by Print N Cut Solutions can not be returned due to change of mind or circumstance. 5.6. Orders that require slitting or cutting to size must be requested in writing by fax or email - no cutting sizes will be accepted over the phone. 6.
