Remote Site Monitoring FEATURES AT A GLANCE Codan Radio Communications now offers Remote Site Monitoring options that provide live site information, giving you the power to respond intelligently to communications failures that affect your system today, and to prevent the ones that will happen tomorrow. REMOTE SITE MONITORING SOLUTIONS A Remote Site Monitoring package can be added to any Codan MT-4E series repeater or base station. Real-time or historical data collected at the site is passed to a centrally located PC equipped with the APEX software over one of the following backhaul interfaces: 1. Existing Radio (RF) Link: a. Directly from the site, or b. Relayed via intermediate remote repeater sites 2. IP Connection on a Local Area Network (LAN) NOTE: RF Link must transmit Remote Site Monitor data in Analog mode only.
