Tools necessary for assembly: 1. Electric Drill with phillips head 2. 1 or 2 step ladders or stools 3. Adjustable wrench or pliers 4. 2-3 adults STEP 1. Back wall Floor STEP 2. Repeat on other side STEP 3. Back of display Use (8) 2 drywall screws per side page 2 of 4 1. Place the 3 Deck pieces (B) on floor to assemble. Using 8 of the 2" drywall screws per side assemble the platform. Then place approximately 24" from the wall where it will ultimately rest. This unit must be positioned against the wall when completed. 2. Attach Side Panels (A) with 3" Drywall Screws (I) with electronic drill. Insert and partially tighten all Drywall Screws (I), in rotation until Side Panels (A) are pulled snug. The side panels should stand on their own when completed. 3. Attach Slatwall Panel (C1) to back of display with finished slatwall side facing outward. (See finished diagram.) Utilize 2" Drywall Screws (h) and insert into pre-drilled holes in edges of Slatwall Panel. Line up to the edges of Side Panels (A) at top and bottom of slatwall, as screws are inserted, to create a flush finish. Back of the Side Panels (A) are not pre-drilled. Push Slatwall Panel (C1) tightly against Side Panels (A) while attaching. Eliminate any bowing in Slatwall Panel (C1) while attaching by pushing tightly against Side Panels (A). Lower edge of Slatwall Panel (C1) should rest on floor during assembly. Repeat step 3 with Slatwall Panel (C2) which has the large hole. 4. Repeat step 3 with Slatwall Top Panels (D1&2) This procedure will require a minimum of 2 people. It is advised that 3 people are utilized as each Slatwall Panel weighs 40 pounds. Slatwall Top Panels (D1&2) should rest directly on top of Slatwall Panels (C1&2). 5. Attach Vertical Center Assembly (E) to front of display by aligning the light cord with the pre-cut hole in the Slatwall Bottom Panel (D). This procedure will require 2 people. One person will hold the Vertical Center Assembly (E) in front of the display. The second person will utilize the 1.25" Drywall Screws (G), from the back side, and insert the drywall screws through the pilot holes and into the Vertical Center Assembly (E). This procedure will utilize 17 drywall screws. The Vertical Center Assembly (E) does not have pre-drilled holes. Just hold the Vertical Center Assembly (E) tightly against the slatwall panels as the drywall screws (G) are inserted from the back side of the display. 6. Hang the 12" x 96" Black Litebox (F) on the front of the display. -This procedure requires 3 adults -Step ladders or stools -Electric drill or screw driver -Adjustable wrench or pliers Utilize the Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws (L) and Hex Nuts (M) to attach the 12" x 96" Black Litebox (F) to the top of the Side Panels (A). Two people should hold the Black Litebox (F) in place, on either end, by lining up the holes in the brackets mounted to the back of the Black Litebox (F), with the holes in the top of the Side Panels (A). The brackets will rest against the inside of the Side Panels(A). Once this is done, the third person utilizing the Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws (L) and Hex Nuts (M), will slide two Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws (L) through each Side Panel (A), into the bracket and out the other side. Then secure them by threading on the Hex Nuts (M), Tighten down utilizing the pliers or wrench and electric drill. Repeat this process on the other side of the display. When completing this step, it is important the two people holding the Black Litebox (F) quickly align the holes on both ends so the third person can easily insert the Phillips Pan Head Screws.
