Eric L. Applewhite III, CFP Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Howard Guggenheim Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Planning Specialist Alan J. Levinsohn Senior Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Financial Advisor Eric L. Applewhite III is a Portfolio Management Director with Morgan Stanley. He joined the firm twenty-five years ago and has over thirty years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. He is a Certified Financial Planner, a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, an affiliate of the Market Technicians Association, and a member of the Portfolio Management Institute. He leads a nine member team which, as of October 2015, has over $420 million in PM managed assets, and has many joint production arrangements with advisors throughout the firm. Eric resides in Boca Raton with his wife, Laurie, and their four children. Howard Guggenheim serves as Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor and Financial Planning Specialist at Morgan Stanley. He joined the firm in 1978 as an Assistant Branch Manager in Cleveland. Later, he relocated to Boca Raton, Florida to manage a new and expanding branch. Howard served as chairman of the FSDA, NASD-7th District, SIA Southern District, and the the FAU Foundation. In Cleveland, he chaired the Bankers and Brokers Division of the United Jewish Appeal, and was a board member of the Menorah Park Jewish Home for the Aged. Howard resides in Boca Raton and enjoys visiting family in Cleveland. Alan Levinsohn is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and a Senior Portfolio Management Director within the firm s Portfolio Management Program. He has over 45 years of financial services industry experience. He received his Bachelor s degree in Economics from Colgate University, and earned his MBA at Adelphi University. Alan is a former U.S. Navy Lieutenant, and he is an avid golfer. He is married to Nancy and has 12 grandchildren. THE HARBOR FINANCIAL GROUP 5

Julie Clairmont-Shide, CFP Portfolio Management Director Senior Vice President Wealth Advisor Ronald J. Russo Financial Planning Specialist Vice President Financial Advisor Ben Troxell Financial Planning Specialist First Vice President Financial Advisor Julie Clairmont-Shide has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is a Certified Financial Planner and is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. As well, she is a Portfolio Management Director within the firm s Portfolio Management Program. She has her MBA and has extensive experience and specialized training in the areas of financial and estate planning strategies. Julie serves as a Trustee at the Boca Raton Museum of Art. She is married to Chuck and they have 3 children. Ronald J. Russo is a Vice President and Financial Planning Specialist with Morgan Stanley. Ron s career spans thirty three years, beginning in 1982. Several years into his career he received his principal license and subsequently served as a branch office manager for several firms. He joined the firm in 1991, and continues to leverage the firm s resources. Ron and his wife Jeannette, along with their four children and ten grandchildren have resided in Boca Raton, South Florida for approximately thirty years. Benjamin F. Troxell III is a First Vice President and Financial Planning Specialist whose career with Morgan Stanley began in October of 1978 in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduating from Princeton in 1962, Ben s career began with Prudential Insurance Company. He has served on several boards of directors for charities both local and national, as well as home owners associations. He is a graduate of Deerfield Beach Leadership sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, and is active in several ministries in his local parish. Ben resides in Deerfield Beach with his wife, Kathy. His son and daughter hold Doctorate degrees and teach at St. Louis University and Boston College respectively. 6 MORGAN STANLEY

William C. French Vice President Financial Advisor Bill French is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, and has been with the firm for 53 years. After serving as a branch manager for ten years, Bill decided to return to his role as a Financial Advisor. He is the former director of the Security Industry Association- Southern District, the former Chairman of the Florida Securities Dealers Association, a member Emeritus of the Economic Roundtable of Boca Raton, and has served his community through the YMCA and FAU Foundation. He graduated with a B.A. from Amherst College, and went on to receive his MBA from New York University. Bill spends his leisure hours in Boca Raton and weekends in the Florida Keys with his family, friends, and two golden retrievers. Elton S. Stevens Senior Portfolio Manager Vice President Financial Advisor Elton S. Stevens is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with Morgan Stanley. He has been with the firm and its predecessors since 1992 and has over fifty years of experience in the financial industry. Elton resides in Boca Raton with his wife Trudi. He grew up in Chicago and earned a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois. He has lived in Florida since 1964. Ross O'Connor Financial Advisor Ross O'Connor is a financial advisor who joined Morgan Stanley in 2013. Ross graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South, and has been an active member in numerous volunteer organizations for which he was given the Presidential Service Award in 2009. Tactical Growth Tactical Growth is a disciplined, quantitative investment strategy. It is designed to participate in up markets and protect in down markets. The investment universe consists of ETF s that comprise the 6 general investment categories: domestic equity, international equity, fixed income, commodity, currency and cash equivalents. A relative strength overlay is employed to determine the two strongest investment categories to focus investment positions on. It is designed for clients with a long-term investment time horizon who want less volatility and less downside risk. Tactical Income Tactical Income is a dynamic, income oriented strategy which incorporates both quantitative and fundamental investment methodologies. The strategy uses exchange traded funds, closed end funds, stocks and bonds with above average cash flow as a primary objective and long term appreciation as a secondary objective. All potential candidates for this portfolio are first screened on a fundamental basis, then on a technical basis and finally measured by peer relative strength. It is designed for investors with long-term time horizons who want cash flow and moderate growth. Dividend Growth Dividend Growth is a fundamental investment strategy for long term appreciation. The discipline screens domestic companies that demonstrate good earnings momentum, positive history of increasing cash dividends and competitive advantage to their business model. The portfolio is then analyzed for peer relative strength and each position is equally weighted. Focus Growth A long-term growth strategy focused on capital appreciation. The portfolio adheres to a flexible investment mandate that allows tactical allocation shifts between stocks and cash.
