RULES OF THE PROMOTION 1, 2, 3, GO RENO! SLOT MACHINE TOURNAMENTS 1. DEFINITIONS 1.1 1, 2, 3, GO RENO! SLOT MACHINE TOURNAMENTS (hereafter referred to as the Promotion ): Promotion held per the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 1.4). 1.2 SOCIÉTÉ DES CASINOS DU QUÉBEC INC. (hereafter referred to as the SCQ ): 2. ELIGIBILITY Société des loteries du Québec on behalf of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. (Casino de Montréal), the organization responsible for the Promotion. Only persons 18 years or older who are Casino Privilèges members may participate in the Promotion. Neither the employees of the Société des casinos du Québec inc. nor those of the Casino de Montréal may participate in the Promotion. 3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE Persons eligible for the Promotion may participate free of charge provided they are selected by electronic draw as described in Section 5 and that, upon the arrival of the Marketing Department representative, they are playing at the electronically selected slot machine with their Casino Privilèges card inserted in the machine s reader. Electronic Texas Hold em poker machines are specifically excluded from the Promotion and playing at such machines will not result in eligibility for the Promotion. 4. DURATION AND LOCATION OF THE PROMOTION The Promotion will be held from January 11, 2012, to March 13, 2013. Draws will be conducted in the Tournament Zone area, located in the hallway leading to the Casino de Montréal s Pavillon du Québec, every second Wednesday of each month on the dates indicated in Appendix 1. 5. PROMOTION AND DRAW DETAILS 5.1 PROMOTION DETAILS Promotion draws to determine participants in the 1, 2, 3, Go Reno! slot machine tournaments (hereafter referred to as the Tournament ), will be randomly
RULES OF THE PROMOTION 2 conducted by the KCMS electronic system from all players who are actively playing with their Casino Privilèges card inserted in an eligible slot machine and who meet the conditions described in Section 3 of the rules herein. The draws will be conducted during the periods specified in Appendix 1. On each day specified in Appendix 1, 5 draws will be conducted to select 20 participants for each of the 5 Tournaments held on that day. During each draw, twenty (20) participants will be selected, of which 15 will be from eligible Prestige and Prestige Plus members and 5 from eligible Privilèges members. Should fewer than than 15 eligible Prestige and Prestige Plus members be playing at the time of the draw, all eligible Casino Privilèges members will be included in the draw in order to identify a total of twenty (20) participants. In all, 100 participants will be selected by electronic draw between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. every Tournament day specified in Appendix 1. The SCQ reserves the right to change the number of participants in the day s event. An eligible person who has been previously selected by electronic draw may not win a second seat to play in a Tournament on the same day. 5.2 ELECTRONIC DRAW DETAILS Each random draw will be conducted by the Marketing Department representative on duty who will activate the KCMS system. That employee will be observed and counter-checked by another Marketing Department representative or a representative of the Casino de Montréal. In no case will the same Marketing Department representative both activate the KCMS system for a draw and conduct counter-checks. The Marketing Department representative responsible for the draw will verify that the entry of a person eligible for the Promotion and whose name was drawn by the KCMS system is valid and compliant with the rules herein. The person verifying will then confirm the validity of the entry. ENTRY OF THE PERSON WHOSE NAME WAS DRAWN BY THE SYSTEM IS DEEMED VALID: The Marketing Department representative will locate the selected person, who must be actively playing when the draw is conducted and seated at the slot machine selected for the draw when the Casino de Montréal representative arrives. The participant must show his Casino Privilèges card as well as a valid form of government-issued photo ID. Once his identity has been checked and confirmed, he will receive a pass to play in the Tournament associated with the draw.
RULES OF THE PROMOTION 3 ENTRY OF THE PERSON WHOSE NAME WAS DRAWN BY THE SYSTEM IS DEEMED INVALID: Should the entry of the person selected by the system be deemed invalid or noncompliant to the rules herein, another random selection will be made by the KCMS system, and so forth until such time as the person s entry is deemed valid and compliant to the rules herein. 5.2.1 The selected person must go to the Tournament Zone 15 minutes prior to the start of the Tournament, i.e. at the time indicated on the pass. Under no circumstances may a participant change the time of the Tournament for which he was selected. Passes may not be transferred or exchanged if a participant is unable to play in the Tournament. 5.2.2 In the event that a person selected by electronic draw does not go to the Tournament Zone at the time indicated on his pass, his participation in the Tournament will be cancelled and he will not be entitled to play in a Tournament on that day. 5.3 PRIZE DESCRIPTION Persons selected for this Promotion will be entitled to participate free of charge in one of the Tournaments indicated in Appendix 1. 5.4 TOURNAMENT DETAILS AND PRIZE DESCRIPTION Applicable Tournament rules and a description of prizes are indicated in Appendix 2. 6. PHOTOGRAPH, NAME AND ADDRESS The first and last names, address and photograph of each winner, as well as any other information they voluntarily provide, may be used by the SCQ not only for the draws stipulated in Section 5 of the rules herein but also for advertising purposes, including on the Internet, the Casino s internal television network and in various magazines distributed to its clients. Winners must waive all rights to broadcasting, printed material and advertising or any compensation of any kind whatsoever related to the draw. 7. OTHER RESTRICTIONS 7.1 The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion or a Tournament, in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure.
RULES OF THE PROMOTION 4 The SCQ declines all responsibility toward any person should the Promotion or a Tournament be delayed, cancelled or amended. 7.2 The SCQ reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. 7.3 Prizes must be accepted as is and may not be exchanged, transferred or converted to cash. 7.4 The SCQ may amend these rules at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. 7.5 The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of the loss of a Casino Privilèges card or of any other incident or event that may prevent a person from registering or claiming a prize within prescribed deadlines or participating in a Tournament. 7.6 Promotion and Tournament participants must respect Tournament rules indicated in Appendix 2 herein. 8. DISPUTES Any dispute relating to this Promotion, whether regarding conduct and/or award of any prizes, will be settled according to the rules herein and the Sales promotion games By-law (R.S.Q., c. S 13.1, r. 1.4). 9. AVAILABILITY OF RULES The Promotion is subject to the detailed rules herein, which are available at the Casino de Montréal customer service desk or by contacting the Casino de Montréal at 514-392-2746.

RULES OF THE PROMOTION 6 * The SCQ reserves the right to cancel or delay the Promotion at any time and without notice, in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever or due to an act of God or force majeure. (ref. Section 7.1) * The SCQ reserves the right to hold, at any time and without notice, the Tournaments at times other than those indicated above. The number of Tournaments on the same day may be reduced under certain circumstances.
APPENDIX 2 RULES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION 1, 2, 3, GO RENO! SLOT MACHINE TOURNAMENTS 1. The number of participants in each Tournament will be twenty (20) persons, divided into five (5) teams of four (4) players who will wear team colours. Only persons selected as part of the Promotion may participate in a Tournament. 2. Each player will participate in a qualification round during which he must earn points. 3. At the end of the qualification round, eight (8) players will participate in the final round: the four (4) players of the team earning the highest score among the five (5) teams and the highest scorer from each of the four (4) opposing teams. Scores earned during the qualification round will not count for the final round. 4. All slot machines have been set for a game time of ten (10) minutes per game and perform in an identical way. 5. Each Tournament round will be played in credit mode (no monetary value) with an equal number of one thousand (1,000) credits allotted to each participant at the beginning of each game. Residual game credits will not be added to winnings. 6. Positions for each round will be assigned by draw fifteen (15) minutes before the start of each game. 7. Only one (1) person per slot machine per game will be authorized to play. 8. Participants who arrive after the Tournament start time indicated in Appendix 1 will be disqualified for that game and may not participate in any other Tournament, unless he is again selected on another day according to Promotion rules. 9. In the event one or more participants do not arrive at the stipulated start time of the Tournament as indicated in Appendix 1, additional electronic draws may be conducted to replace persons who did not arrive on time, if deemed necessary by the SCQ. 10. Should there be a tie affecting a prize and/or ranking that determines participation in the final round, an additional five (5) minute round will be played by concerned players. The player who obtains the highest score will be declared the winner of the relevant gaming position. The player who obtains the second highest score will receive, if appropriate, the next gaming position, and so on. 11. Tournament prizes are distributed as follows and will be awarded as gaming credits (EPR). The gaming credits must be activated between the date of the Tournament at which they were won and the last day of the month underway. Once activated, the gaming credits will be valid for thirty (30) days.
RULES OF THE PROMOTION Prizes 12.1 For Tournaments taking place as of Wednesday, November 9, 2011, the following prizes will be remitted: a) The participant with the highest individual score in the final round: - two thousand dollars ($2,000) in gaming credits b) Each of the three (3) other members of the team with the highest scorer (i.e. the participant who won the prize described in Subsection a): - five hundred dollars ($500) in gaming credits c) All other participants (sixteen (16) people) will receive one hundred dollars ($100) in gaming credits 13. Tournament representatives may require participants to show identification before a prize is remitted. 14. Participants agree to respect game rules and Tournament conduct as well as other applicable rules and regulations in force in the Corporation s casinos. 15. Tournament representatives reserve the right to have a participant replay a game if the slot machine is found to be defective. 16. Any conflict arising during a Tournament will be submitted as appropriate to the Tournament Committee, which is the sole body authorized to settle the issue.
