Meet the Professionals 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Joshua D. Malkin Senior Vice President - Wealth Management Financial Advisor I help provide customized advice, investment strategies and other financial services to high net worth individuals, families and institutions. Through bull and bear markets, I have remained committed to helping simplify my clients investing lives and providing attentive client service. I am Series 7, 31, and 66 registered and insurance licensed. My primary goal is to help clients build globally diversified portfolios in an effort to produce potentially competitive risk-adjusted performance based on the client s unique goals. I also have experience incorporating alternative investment offerings into suitable client portfolios, developing possible tax-efficient strategies for executives with concentrated stock positions and working with clients legal and tax advisors to help formulate philanthropic strategies, with a particular focus on charitable giving as a component of a comprehensive estate plan. I joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 following more than 3 years with Davis Polk & Wardwell where I was a corporate lawyer. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a JD from Duke University School of Law where I graduated magna cum laude. A strong advocate of giving back to the community, I am on the Parent Board and Benefit Committee of the R Baby Foundation. I enjoy playing basketball and golf, and most importantly, spending time with my family. I live in Closter, NJ with my wife Jamie and son Charlie. THE MALKIN GROUP 5

Michael Kane, CFP Assistant Vice President Financial Advisor I began working in the financial services industry in 2005 and have worked in a variety of roles within wealth management since then. Currently I am working as a Financial Advisor focusing in both asset allocation and financial planning. I am Series 3, 7, 31, 66 registered, insurance licensed, and have attained my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLAN- NER certification. I graduated from the University of Scranton in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. This includes all aspects of financial planning such as investments, lending and insurance, as well as the planning regarding taxes, retirement, children s education, and estate matters. I am committed to fostering ongoing relationships with our clients and focused on helping them make the important decisions that are necessary throughout the financial planning process. I currently reside in Cranford, New Jersey with my wife Anna and daughter Isabelle. 6 MORGAN STANLEY

Daniel Bello Financial Advisor During my years in wealth management I have learned to consider each client's situation holistically rather than on a goal by goal basis. I joined Morgan Stanley in 2009 and have worked as a Consulting Group Analyst conducting manager due diligence and selecting both hedge funds and managed accounts for our clients' portfolios. I am committed to helping ensure that our clients understand the interconnected nature of investments, taxes, insurance, and lending in order to properly prepare for their retirement and estate planning needs. I am Series 3, 7, 31, and 66 registered and licensed for life, accident, and health insurance. I received my education from The University of Richmond where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Robins School of Business with concentrations in both Finance and Economics. I am very active in our business school's alumni community in an effort to give back to the school that had such a positive impact on my life. I am also an active supporter of The R Baby Foundation as well as Don Bosco Prep's Football Program. Athletics is where I spend a great deal of my free time and often coach on a voluntary basis. History is also a passion of mine and I can often be found reading a book on a president or great leader in our nation's history. Nothing, however, is more dear to me than my family and friends with whom I enjoy spending most of my time. I currently reside in Manhattan. THE MALKIN GROUP 7

Joanne Aubry Client Service Associate Having worked in the financial services field for 12 years, I joined Morgan Stanley in 2006. In addition to my passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships, I am committed to providing the ultimate client experience by focusing my time on exceptional client service, proficiency in products and services, account marketing, and research. A Brooklyn College Alumni, I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Economics. I am actively involved with the Brooklyn College Preparatory Center and volunteer to mentor inner-city children (grades K-6). I am an ardent supporter of St. Jude Children s Research Hospital. At present, I reside in Brooklyn, NY with my family. In my spare time, I enjoy scenic walks, traveling, and above all, spending time with my family and friends. 8 MORGAN STANLEY
