WING 50 SK / 50 A insertion windows Modification of the der processing WING 50 A with stepped edge glazing and 3M tape At the version WING 50 A with stepped edge glazing and 3M tape the processing of the fixation of the hinges was revised or rather the external hinges were extended with the insertion no. 224569. Due to this the current drilling jig no. 228478 was replaced by the new one, no. 228479, because the installation depth of the external hinges was shifted from the corner to the inside for 7 mm (the insertion would have been collided with the corner connector). The processing of the version WING 50A with stepped edge glazing and sealant adhesion stays as ever, but the drawing was splittet. The processing has been completed with the drawing V50A - 1056. Moreovere the processing drawings of the assembly angles (V50A - 9010, V50SK - 9000 and V50SK - 9010) have been completed with an assembly information. Please find all important information on the following pages which will be considered in the next revision of the documents as well as in LogiKal. Assembly List of mounting angles Outer frame 205100 façade grid = External outer frame dimension Taking the façade construction into account, the setting blocks must be positioned as far as possible in the corner and adapted to the drainage system! Assembly instructions 1. Install the window and centre the height positioning by shimming on the façade waling - symmetrical shadow gap. (Please note that in the case of wide and heavy elements, the lower outer frame can sag. The component must then be centred in the corners.) 2. Fix the window to the façade mullion by the lateral fixing brackets. 3. Align the lower outer frame using setting blocks and fixing brackets. 4. Align the upper outer frame using the fixing brackets (can be done only after glazing the upper field). 5. If there is deformation/sagging of the upper façade waling, the sag affects the width of the shadow gap between the outer frame and the sash frame. If necessary the window must be installed raised. 6. When dimensioning the window, both the glass load and the load of the insertion element must be taken into account from a distance between centre lines of 1,500 mm. view from inside mounting angle UK outer frame glass carrier Quantity of mounting angles Quantity 600 mm 1 angle central 1200 mm 2 angles > 1200 mm additional angles a 600 mm see table dimenion variabel L angle profi le L angle profi le L angle profi le L angle profi le L angle profi le L angle profi le V50A-9010
