RING SIZER/ HOW TO MEASURE RING SIZES If you are unsure of your size, please visit a local jeweler to have your finger sized accurately. Be sure they use a sizer close to the size of the ring. 1 2 Place the ring over the circles. First, find a ring that you own that fits perfectly. It should slide off with a slight tug, but you shouldn t have to pull at it to take it off. The inside edge should match the inside edge of the circle. If your ring is between two sizes, order the larger size. Wider rings will fit tighter and thinner rings will fit looser. Comfort fit rings will always fit a half size smaller than what you are measured with a sizing ring. Using a string, or a strip of paper, to size your finger is inaccurate 99.9% of the time. We are aware that most of the time rings are purchased as a surprise, so we include one free sizing with the purchase. Tips for trying to determine the recipient s size are: a) If you have a ring that they wear on the intended finger, you can take it into a jeweler and have them size it on a ring mandrel. 14.9mm Size 4 17.3mm Size 7 19.8mm 15.3mm 15.7mm 16.1mm 16.5mm 16.9mm Size 4½ Size 5 Size 5½ Size 6 Size 6½ 17.7mm 18.1mm 18.5mm 19mm 19.4mm Size 7½ Size 8 Size 8½ Size 9 Size 9½ 20.2mm 20.6mm 21mm 21.4mm 21.8mm b) Or, compare the inside diameter of the ring to the chart below. We have also provided an international sizing chart to convert the diameter to different country s sizes. Size 10 22.2mm Size 10½ 22.6mm Size 11 Size 11½ Before printing, set the page scaling to none or actual size on your print dialog box. When printed these measures below should be 1 inch or 30 millimeters. Size 12 Size 12½ Size 13 Size 13½ 0 1in 0 30mm

DIAMOND INFORMATION / Did You Know?: The sizes of the diamonds are suited to the setting. If a larger diamond is desired, it is normally not possible with the current design; i.e. proportions, as the setting will only accommodate the depth of the size that is already provided. A custom ring would have to be made with modifications of the current design for a larger diamond. Please inquire as to what modifications are possible. All of our diamonds are sourced from conflict- free suppliers. Canadian diamonds are used for stones.2ct or larger. All of these diamonds are engraved with a serial number and include a certificate of authenticity. We prefer to use higher-grade diamonds as they have the strength to resist the tension of the setting. The minimum grade we will use is F/G color and VS2/SI1 in clarity. Higher grades are available with an added charge. All diamonds are precious, but the most valuable are those combining the highest qualities of carat, clarity, cut and color the four C s. Working within your budget we personally choose only those diamonds that meet exceptional standards. CARAT A diamond s weight is measured in carats. There are five carats in a gram and 100 points in each carat. For example, a 50-point diamond is the same as a half-carat. In general, larger diamonds are more rare and valuable. However size does not determine a diamond s beauty and brilliance. Two stones of the same carat weight can have very different values, depending on the cut, color and clarity. COLOR Diamonds are graded on the GIA color scale from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow). At either end of the scale, diamonds are very costly because of their rarity, although not necessarily their beauty. You can choose from a wide range of diamond colors. View Chart View Chart CLARITY The clearer a diamond is, the more rare it is. Most diamonds contain natural inclusions that look like tiny crystals. These are the diamond s birthmarks, making each stone unique. The number, size and position of these inclusions affects the value. The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) clarity scale ranks from Fl (flawless) to I3 (many inclusions visible to the naked eye). CUT Nothing is more important to the brilliance and fire of a diamond than its cut. A well proportioned diamond reflects light from one facet to another and through the top of the stone. If the pavilion angle is cut too deep, your diamond will look dark. If it is too shallow, your diamond will look watery. Only a skilled master crafts person can cut a diamond with pinpoint precision to release its true brilliance. View Chart
CUSTOMIZING / Did You Know?: Your customized piece is a one of a kind. Therefore we require 10 business days to produce all custom work. Custom designs are non-refundable. So ensure to have your finger sized accurately. Love what you see but want to make a slight change? We are more than happy to accommodate custom requests. There is a small additional charge of $50 for customizations. Changes in diamond size and materials will be priced accordingly. Please email Karen (owner/designer) at karen@konzuk.com with your request. She will work with you personally on your ideas. Some examples of customizations are: DIMENSIONS Within reason we can use different dimensions. i.e. width, or height of ring or size of ring (larger or smaller than our standard sizes). See Example DIAMOND SIZE In most cases a larger or smaller diamond size can be used. Keep in mind that the diamonds used in each ring design are selected for the best proportion of the ring. The design of the ring might have to change slightly to accommodate different sized stones. View Diamond Size Chart STONES If you don t want a diamond we can replace it with a different type of stone. This could include anything like birth stones, or even man-made diamonds. Please note, the stone has to be a faceted cut. CONCRETE We have 10 shades of grey concrete available. It is rudimentary but we ask that you refer to our Orbis Collection bracelet to select the shade you would like. We can not guarantee what we produce will be a 100% match to what you see on your monitor. See Shade Examples MATERIALS Almost all of our ring designs can be produced with a different material. Choose from platinum, gold, white gold, palladium or silver. Sorry, we do not work with titanium. Prices for different materials will be calculated based on current US market prices.
CARING FOR KONZUK / Did You Know?: If you are in need of a repair, please visit the Returns & Repairs section of the site for more information. To keep your KONZUK jewelry looking like new please take care to store each piece separately from other metal items. When jewelry is worn its surfaces undergo changes. Polish surfaces become more matte. Surfaces that are matte gradually do become shinier. Concrete will also patina over time, becoming darker from oils in the skin. These are unavoidable traces of wear, which makes the jewelry uniquely personalized. To maintain the brushed look of the stainless steel, and to remove small surface scratches, a piece of synthetic steel wool (like a Scotch-brite pad) can be used to brush along the surface. Larger scratches and dents can be removed at a local jeweler.
