Annual Real Estate Outlook 2014
Annual Outlook 2014 Thank you for attending ULI British Columbia s premier real estate trends and forecast event of the year, featuring insights from leading experts both internationally and locally. This event will feature a presentation on the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2014 report a joint publication from PwC and ULI followed by a thought provoking discussion with local experts. Emerging Trends in Real Estate is a trend and forecast publication with a 33- year history, and is the most highly-regarded and widely-read forecast report in the real estate industry. Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2014, undertaken jointly by PwC and ULI, provides an outlook on North American investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets and other real estate issues. The report draws on formal and informal surveys of more than 900 of the most influential real estate leaders locally and internationally. This year we are pleased to be joined by Andrew Warren of PwC, Jim Szabo of CBRE and John Purcell of Bentall Kennedy for a panel discussion following the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2014 presentation.
