Arthur s always leaving his reading glasses around the house. But now that he s got a Stannah stairlift, it s easy for him to search high and low for them. Mind you, it would be even easier sometimes if he realised that they were on the top of his head all along. We are intensely proud to have stayed a family-owned independent business. It has allowed us to remain true to our commitment to making the highest quality stairlifts. Our Starla stairlift blends reliability with innovation. The intuitive and user-friendly design makes the Starla feel like it s built just for you. The chair The intuitive, easy-to-use controls can be placed on the left or right arm to suit you and make operating the chair second nature. Sitting in a comfortable seat that supports your body, you simply move the control left or right to go up or down the stairs. When not in use the chair folds up effortlessly; simply raise the arms, seat and footrest to leave your stairs and hallway clear and tidy. Our rails are fitted to the stairs, not to the wall and installation is quick and clean, meaning minimum fuss and disruption in your home. The service The reliability of our stairlifts comes from the quality of the engineering and design. For your added peace of mind, all our new and reconditioned products are backed up by a full warranty and service package. Just like any piece of machinery, we recommend that your stairlift is serviced annually by a trained engineer. We will arrange with you to come and visit to give the stairlift a thorough and complete service, putting it through its paces. You won t have to wait for service or help as our nationwide teams of engineers are locallybased. They are on standby 24-hours a day, 365 days a year to respond quickly in the unlikely event that you might need assistance. The rail The Starla chair is available for straight or curved staircases.
