Step 1: Begin laying out frame components on floor so that all top and bottom extrusions have brackets facing up. The (2) vertical extrusions will be labeled "top" and "bottom", which need to match with the top and bottom extrusions as shown in Figure 1. Step 2: Thread (2) M12 x 30mm Sockethead Bolts into each end of extrusions "C" and "D". Slide extrusions "C" and "D" into top and bottom extrusions from each end. See Figure 1 Step 3: Insert 8mm T-Handle allen wrench provided through holes in top and bottom extrusions to tighten the ends of extrusions C and D. See Figure 1. Step 4: Insert (4) M8 x 65mm bolts through holes of display leg as shown in Figure 2. Partially thread (2 turns) (1) T-Nut on the end of each bolt. Be sure T-Nuts are facing top to bottom. Repeat for remaining display leg. See Figure 2. M8 x 65mm Bolt Step 5: For assembly ease, prop the frame off of the floor as shown. Place the display legs into the bottom of each end of framing assembly. Insert the T-Nuts of the legs into extrusion slots. Stand framing assembly upright making sure the bottom extrusion is on the ground. Once in place, tighten bolts with 6mm allen wrench provided. Once bolts are snug, tighten one more revolution. DO NOT over tighten. Repeat for opposite side. See Figure 3. Step 6: Remove protective lining from both sides of column panels. Carefully fold panels into shape shown in Figure 4. Therma-Tru Door Gallery Setup Instructions Step 7: Fasten graphic frame to the column that has pre-drilled holes. Make sure the bottom of the graphic frame is flush with the bottom of the column panel. Use (4) M5 x 16mm socket head bolts, (4) M5 fender washers and (4) M5 nuts. The column panel bends are very fragile, any flexing will cause it to crack. Be very careful not to stress any of the bends. See Figure 5. Step 8: Lift column panel up over leg, slide column over framing then carefully lower column until it rests on display leg. Remember the column panel is very fragile. Straightening the bends will cause it to break. See Figure 6. Step 9: Fasten column to framing using (8) M5 x 16mm Socket head cap bolts. Repeat steps 7-9 for remaining column. See Figure 6. IMPORTANT: Logo will be on outside of one column panel when done. If column is bent in wrong direction damage WILL occur. Step 10: Carefully unpack the prefolded canopy panel. Remove liner from front side. Place canopy on top of frame assembly. Attach canopy to top of frame using (4) M5 x 16mm socket head cap bolts with (4) M5 fender washers. See Figure 7. Step 11: Attach header brackets to bottom of header by firmly pressing into place. Locate brackets 4" from the edge of header. See Figure 8. Step 12: Place brackets between holes in canopy. Locate header 8 5/8" from the edge to center header on top of canopy. Step 13: Remove slab door from packaging and place on floor with front edge down. Step 14: While someone holds the slab door, center top door bracket on back edge of door with the top of bracket 77" from bottom edge of door. See Figure 10. Step 15: With top bracket being held in place, drill (2) 7/32" pilot holes using bracket as template. Fasten bracket to door using (2) #14 x 1.25" panhead screws. See Figure 10. Step 16: Center bottom door bracket on bottom of door as shown in Figure 11. Bracket Step 17: With bottom bracket held in place, drill (2) 7/32" pilot holes using bracket as a template. Step 18: Place hole template guide over bottom of door so that edge of guide is resting against floor. See Figure 13. Step 19: Keeping template in place, drill center hole 1.5" deep, using included 3/4" drill bit then drill (2) 7/32" pilot holes 1" deep using smaller holes in guide. See Figure 13. Step 20: Remove guide template and attach caster to previously drilled holes using (2) #14 x 1.25" panhead wood screws. See Figure 14. Step 21: Stand slab door up-right. Lift door at an angle so that top frame bracket stud goes through top door bracket. Move bottom of door towards frame and lower so that bottom door mount pin goes into frame bracket hole. Step 22: Hold door bumper on front of door so that bottom edge of bumper is flush with bottom edge of door. Drill (2) 7/32" pilot holes 1" deep using bumper as template. Attach bumper using (2) black #14 x 1.25" wood screws. See Figure 16. Step 23: Repeat steps 12-22 for (7) remaining slab doors. Step 23: Have one person hold the frame steady while the other person inserts one side of the graphic fully into one of the channels. Keep the graphic flush to the bottom. Starting at the upper or lower corner, flex graphic into the the other channel. Continue the length of the channel. The graphic will appear curved upon completion. See Figure 17. Step 24: Check that all fasteners are tight. Step 1: For single sided configuration start by opening the additional hardware kit. Use the included 4mm allen wrench to loosen (4) top brackets on the top extrusion and (4) bottom brackets from the bottom extrusion. See Figure 1. Attach bottom brackets and wood blocks to bottom extrusion using provided M5 x 35mm socket head bolts and T-Nuts. See Figure 20. Step 3: Remove (4) large hinge bolts from the top brackets from the side that will not have doors installed. Reattached them to the correct side of the (4) brackets added on. Top Step 4: Slide the top and bottom brackets into posiition as shown in Figure 21. Use a square to align the brackets and tighten the bolts securely.
