2016-2017 KINDERGARTEN SUPPLY LIST Dear Parents/Guardians, Your child will soon be entering kindergarten. In preparation for the 2016-2017 school year, the following are supply items that will likely be needed by the student during the year. *Backpack (No backpacks with wheels. They do not fit in lockers and are unsafe on steps.) *Lunch box *1 pocket folder *Marked with your child s name *4 pocket folders with brads (1 each-red, blue, green, yellow) *1 hard back marble notebook (100 pages) *1 plastic pencil box (approximately 5 x 8 x 2 ) The larger boxes will not fit. *1 pair quality blunt tip school scissors for children *2 boxes of large crayons (8 in a box) *2 bottles of white school glue *6 jumbo glue sticks *1 box of fat colored markers (broad line, classic colors) *1 pack plain white 3 x5 index cards (no lines) *4 primary pencils (fat) *4 black low-odor dry erase markers *A complete change of clothes to be kept in school for emergencies The above items are for your child s personal use.
