SCRIPT SCENE 1 The curtain opens. We are in the three little pigs house. Dennis comes onto stage. He is the eldest brother. Good morning kids! (to audience). It s time to work! As I always say: do your best and then you can rest. Let s see what we get on the radio. Music sounds cheerful. He starts sweeping and cleaning the house. TRUDY enters onto stage. Hello Dennis! Nice girl! Hello princess! Good morning mister Wolf. Mister Big Bad Wolf. I m sorry, mister Big Bad Wolf. I see you have a lot of things here... I have a lot of things. Do you have anything to eat? When he finishes, he passes his hat around asking the audience for some money. One coin please... Come on... Some money... Come on kids... Some money... I have fruit, clothes, toys... Cheap! Cheap! A... sandwich!! A tasty sandwich... A big sandwich... with tomato and ham... (Losing his patience) Mister peddler I want... I need this sandwich... 13

OK... but it s three Euros. (Threatening) I know...but I do not have any money!! (scared) Eeeeh... Don t worry. We can make a deal... A deal?... What deal? Well... you have a good coat... Noooooo! Not my coat! Ok. No coat, no sandwich! Well... Ok, ok, take my coat. I want the sandwich. (The wolf gives his coat to the peddler) and this apple and this banana... OK?? Perfect... No problem Mister Wolf. Mr. Big Bad Wolf! Don t forget my name! The wolf leaves the stage. 14

Such a character!! Bon appétit! Enjoy your sandwich Mr Big Bad Wolf. Ha, Ha!!! Rex enters onto the stage. Hello sir. Hello little pig. Would you like to buy something? Yes I m thinking about building my own house. Wawww... your own house...very good for you!! Thank you sir... thank you. Let me help you... I have here the best things for you... with these you can build the best house intown... Yes... ok... What s it? I have a lot of bricks... With all these bricks you can build a stronger house... 15

Yes... These bricks look very strong... but they are very very heavy... and I don t want to work too much... Do you know what I mean? Well... yes, perhaps the bricks are heavy. Here, in the forest, this is a good place to live. Rex builds his house. While he is building he sings a song. Night falls. Lights fade away. It s cold. No problem, I have this fantastic coat. The wolf enters onto the stage. My coat!! A wolf!!... (Rex goes into the house) Little pig... Open your house and give me my coat!! Never... You want to eat me!! 18

I want my coat back... Open your house right now. No, not by the air of my chinny, chin, chin. Then I will huff, I will puff and I will blow your house down. The wolf blows the house down. Rex runs away and the wolf chases him. I m the strongest wolf in the world... I M THE BIG BAD WOLF. SONG Nº2 - THE BIG BAD WOLF The peddler enters. I think someone is coming. The wolf enters into the house through the chimney and the pigs start to hit him with the brooms. 28

He looks sad at the side of the house. TRUDY and Rex look out of the window. Sad music. I am hungry. I am cold. (Cries) Finally the pigs decide to give him the coat. Ok wolf! I mean the Big Bad Wolf... Take your coat back and never come back again. 29
