Step 6 LCD Mobile Lift Stand Model: STV-C65 Cable management This LCD Mobile Lift Stand is intended for use only with the products maximum weight indicated. Instruction Manual Use with products heavier than maximum weight may result in instability causing possible injury. Images may different from actual product Always use assistance on installing or lifting the display on LCD Mobile Lift Stand. A warning alerts you to the possibilities of serious injury or death if you do not follow the corresponding instructions. It is installer's responsibility to make sure all components are properly assembled and installed using the instructions provided. Severe personal injury and property Cable Management 1. Cables can be run through the Cable Slot and Pole channel at the rear of the LCD Mobile Lift Stand. When Cabels are in Pole channel, push by setting Cable Cover in the Pole. (See Figure 6-1) damage can result from improper installation or assembly. Do not load LCD Mobile Lift Stand above maximum weight capacities. Do not mount a display above recommended monitor sizes. Do not allow children to climb on top of LCD Mobile Lift Stand Do not move LCD Mobile Lift Stand on sloping surface. Do not move LCD Mobile Lift Stand by pushing on display. It is installer s responsibility to make sure the combined weight of all components does not exceed weight capacity. Exceeding weight capacities can result in severe personal injury or damage to equipment. 3. Fix the glass shelf (28) assembly to Pole by Hanging the hook of LT Bracket (27) into slots of Fixing Plate (26) (See Figure 5-3). 4. Once the LT Bracket is fixing on the Fixing Plate, proceed to thread Screws M4x8mm (29) and tighten with Phillips screwdriver so the glass shelf assembly is secured to the LCD Mobile Gas Spring Lift Stand (See Figure 5-4). Supplied Parts 2. Align the Phillips Screw M5X12mm (5) and the Screw holes of LT Bracket (27) and Glass Shelf (28). Put screws through holes. Stop immediately if you encounter any resistance. Once the Screw is in position, tighten with Phillips Screw Driver so the LT Bracket (27) and Glass Shelf (28) are firmly attached to each other. (See Figure 5-2) Figure 5-2 3 4 16 17
Step 5 Assemble of Glass Shelf with LT Bracket Set the brakes on the back wheels by pressing down on the tab when LCD Mobile Lift Stand is stationary. Do not climb and do not move the LCD Mobile Lift Stand on uneven and sloping surface. Failure to comply with this warning may result in LCD Mobile Lift Stand instability leading to equipment damage or personal injury. Note: Set the brakes on the back wheels by pressing down on the tab for easy assembly of the LCD Mobile Lift Stand Glass Shelf Assembling 1. To take out plastic ring for sliding Fixing Plate (26) at vertical direction straight into Pole groove to appropriate position, tighten the Plate by locked the Hex screws with Allen Wrench M4 (25) Clockwise. 4. Finally, to adjust the angle of the monitor display, loosen the tension knobs on tilt hanger bracket then adjust tilt to desired location. Once in position, secure tilt position.(see Figure 4-4) Required Tools Figure 4-4 Assembling of LCD Mobile Lift Stand Attachment holes may be damaged if a power drill is used to insert button head cap screws. Screw should be first be inserted and turned by hand with Hexagon key or with Phillips Screwdriver before using the power drill to complete the attachment. ASSEMBLY and INSTALLATION INSPECT THE MOUNT COMPONENTS BEFORE ASSEMBLY 1. Carefully inspect the mount components for shipping damage. 2. If mount components damage is apparent, call your carrier claims agent and do not continue with the installation until carrier has reviewed the damage. Note: Read all assembly instructions before staring the installation process. 5 6 15 14
2. Slightly push the monitor attached forward until the rivet screw of Adapter Plate rests against tilt hanger bracket. (See Figure 4-2) 3. Tighten the Hex Nut M8 (9) corresponding with Washer (7) by using Spanner (8) provided as shown. Place the assembly base shelf (6) in a straight upright position. then attach the Pole (1) by placing on top of the assembly base shelf, Proceed to tread Hex Screws M8x35mm (10), corresponding with Spring Gasket (11) and Washer (12), tighten with Allen Wrench 6mm (13) supplied to the underneath of Base Shelf so the Pole assembly is firmly in place as shown. 2. Take out the Cable Cover from the back of Pole (See Figure 1-2). Step 4 Mount the Display Monitor Do not climb and do not move the LCD Mobile Lift Stand on uneven and sloping surface. Failure to comply with this warning may result in LCD Mobile Lift Stand instability leading to equipment damage or personal injury. Before attaching display monitor to LCD Mobile Lift Stand, set the brakes on the back wheels by pressing down on the tab. The display monitor is heavy and extremely fragile. Improper installation can lead to display falling causing serious personal or damage to equipment. Disconnect power before removing the display monitor from it LCD Mobile Lift Stand Note: Lifting the monitor, this step requires assistance. Figure 1-2 3. You can make Lift Pole up and down by loosening two screws M8X25mm with Allen Wrench 6mm (13) supplied counterclockwise. Pole can be lift up and down with height adjustment of 42.71 (1085mm) to 65.07 (1653mm). Once Lift Pole is in desired position, tighten the screws 1. Hang the display monitor attached to the LCD Mobile Lift Stand. Place the display monitor attached on to the tilt hanger bracket by hooking the hooks of the Adapter Plate over the top of the tilt hanger bracket. (See Figure 4-1) clockwise. (See Figure 1-3). 4. Once the Adapter Plate (3) is in position, tighten the Screw M6X12mm (15) with M6 Washer (16) by using Phillips Screw Driver so the Adapter Plate is firmly attached to rails. Stop immediately if you encounter any resistance. (See Figure 3-4) Step 2 1. Attaching Tilt Hanger Bracket Assembly to Pole Attach Fixed Plate (31) to the back of Tilt Hanger Bracket (30). Take down the cover from top of Pole (1) and insert Tilt Hanger Bracket assembly from top down into the Pole. (See Figure 2-1) Figure 2-1 2. When the Tilt Hanger Bracket assembly is in position, put on Hex Screws M6x8mm (32) at the ends of Tilt Hanger Bracket and tighten with Allen Wrench 5mm (33) Clockwise. Step 3 Attaching Assembly Adapter Plate to Display 5. Use Oval Spacers (17) for recessed mounting holes or to access A/V inputs if required. Attach the rails to back of monitor. Determine the diameter of the Screws 19~24. Put screws, through Washer (18) and hole of Vertical rail, finally into the back of the monitor. Stop Improper installation can lead display falling causing serious personal injury or damage to immediately if you encounter any resistance. Once the Screw is in position, tighten with Phillip equipment. Screw Driver so the rails are firmly attached to the monitor. (See Figure 3-3) Using of improper screws size may damage your display. If spacers are required, be sure to use correct size of screws. Note: Spacers may not be used, depending upon the type of display monitor. 3. There are 400mm and 600mm (15.75 to 23.62 ) width holes in the horizontal rails. Determine how wide you want based on the following criteria. (See Figure 3-1) Width holes on your display monitor. 4. Figure 3-1 When rails (2 3) are in position, put the Clasp (14) on the rails, then tighten Screw M6X12mm (15) with M6 Washer (16) by using Phillips Screw Driver so the rails are firmly attached to each other.
