Expression of Interest (EOI) Manufacture and Supply of Australian Stock Horse Saddlecloths The Australian Stock Horse Society Ltd (Society) is Australia s largest breed of recreation and pleasure horses and is seeking to enter into a Manufacture Agreement for supply of the Society saddlecloths. Supply is limited solely to The Australian Stock Horse Society Limited, no other retailers, wholesalers or individuals (unless the Society provides written authorisation). The Society s logo is a Registered Trademark. The Society currently has a standard range of three Official saddlecloths, as individually described in the Specification sheet. The Specification sheet is provided to assist potential suppliers in completing and submitting their EOI. The Society currently sells in excess of 500 saddlecloths per year and is seeking an EOI from suitably qualified and experienced manufacturers. The successful supplier will be expected to supply saddlecloths (to the agreed specification) at regular intervals, with a minimum annual quantity, over a three year period. The Society may place urgent orders, or special requests for Feature Events, with alternative colours, materials and/or embroidery, as required from time to time. 2. Blue Check Saddlecloths: Wool: Blackwatch Blue Check Kersey Wool (example: Vardhman Treads Euroa Victoria, or equivalent). Underside: Blackwatch Blue Check Kersey Wool, or Plain Colour Kersey Wool (same material as above) to match the check (black, bottle green or navy).
