A: First you need to be registered on our website, www.venicealbum.com. Once you are registered, you have access to the Reserved Area. Here you will see New Order. Just click there, and proceed with the steps for selecting the items in your order. Q: I ve already placed an order, but don t have time to upload the files now. Do I need to place a new order? A: No. When you submit your orders, they enter into our system even if the files aren t there. To add the files, just log into the Reserved Area of our website and click on Order History. Find your order (look for the bride and groom names or the date as a reference), and in the column labeled Status Upload, yours will say incomplete. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Click on incomplete and you will then be taken to the window where you can proceed with uploading your files. Remember, only zipped files can be uploaded. Q: I m ready to process the payment. Where do I go to pay? A: When an order is approved for printing, the next step is to process the payment. While logged into the Reserved Area of the website, just click on Order History. Find the order that you are ready to process payment for, and in the second column you will see Status. Yours will say Pending Payment.
