Pricing Guide PORTRAITS Any portrait session is reserved with a $125* session fee, which will cover the photographer s time in preparation for your session as well as professionally editing photos for your final selection. This is the only fee before your session, and does not include any printed or digital products. You will have the opportunity to purchase your desired images after viewing your gallery. BRANDS Brand packages do not require a session fee, and are instead designed with carefully crafted packages for your business s practicality and convenience. Unlike portrait sessions, the total amount is due before your session. Whether your business needs product photos, photos of your business in action, or both--there is a collection to fit your needs.

To reserve your session, you will pay a $125 fee prior to your session. This fee refelects the photographer s time in preparation for the photo session, including professional editing of your gallery for selection. This fee is not determined by the type of portrait session or duration of your session. The session fee does not include any digital or printed products. 2 IMAGE SELECTION. After your session is complete and some time is allowed for editing and finishing your gallery for viewing, you will have the opportunity to view your photos at a selection. This may take place in person or online. If you think you may want to view product samples or would like my assistance in going over collection options or printed designs, meeting in-person is preferred. However, if you know you will want digitals without a printed component, you may wish to view and select your final images for purchase from the convenience of your home via an online watermarked proofs gallery. Your gallery will be ready to view for your selection anywhere from a few days to several weeks following your session; I will let you know a more precise estimate during the photo session. Please let me know if you have urgent deadlines to meet for your photos so I can prioritize your gallery s completion if at all possible.

FAQ Q. What is the process like for a portrait session? A. First we will chat over email about what you re looking for specifically, when you are available, and what kind of collection you may eventually want for your images. After the initial planning, I ll email you a contract with the session fee invoice. Then we meet for our session, and arrange an image selection for the following weeks where you view your images either online or in person, with the option to purchase the products and digital files that you love. Q. Can I edit the images for instagram or facebook? A. As much as I understand wanting to optimize images for your instagram or play with filters over your finished portraits, it does violate copyright laws to alter your images in this way. If you have a print release and need to crop for a specific aspect ratio, that is encouraged. However, I urge you to please not alter your images for social media as it misrepresents my brand and quality standards. Q. Can my dogs come to my portrait session? A. Most likely, yes! However, please let me know before we settle on a location for your shoot so I can plan to use a dog-friendly location. Q. Can I just purchase digital images or do I have to get prints? A. Digital files are for sale beginning in a set of 3. The option to purchase all digitals from the gallery is available to you as well. You don t need to purchase prints if you prefer to print yourself. The prints and albums I do offer are exclusively available to professionals and make your life much easier in displaying your images. Let me know if you need a consumer lab recommendation! Q. What is your turnaround time for having images ready to view? A. Turnaround time will depend on my upcoming session schedule and when I can reasonably be able to finish your gallery. I like to have images ready 1-2 weeks after a session, but sometimes I may need more time. In any case, I will let you know what you can expect and keep you updated if anything changes. Sincerely,
