One Hour YouTube Pro This training will teach you how to make money with YouTube. The training consists of three sections. Section 1 will provide you with an introduction to the system. Section 2 will teach you how to create videos and get traffic. Section 3 will explain how to automate the system. Let s begin with Section 1. 3
Section 1 One Hour YouTube System There are three steps involved in the One Hour YouTube Pro system. They are: Find a profitable niche and a product in that niche. Make sure the product has a good affiliate program. Produce a video about the product. Upload the video and optimize its search rank. It s important to note that you can also use this system to promote your own product. If you follow these three steps, you can make a lot of money with YouTube. Let s take a look at the first step of the process. Find Your Niche A lot of people will tell you to just pick a niche based on something that you love. While that might work for some people, the fact of the matter is you need to find a niche that has some profitable products you can promote. With that in mind, I recommend that you go to ClickBank, find a category that you know something about, and then find a product within that category that is making money for affiliates. Let s take a look at finding products in ClickBank. 4
ClickBank ClickBank is one of the most popular affiliate networks available. It has a ton of products that you can promote in your videos. Every time someone clicks on one of your links and buys a product, you ll earn a commission. Before you can start benefiting from ClickBank, you need to create an account. Go to ClickBank.com and click Sign Up at the top of the page. Then, fill out the sign up form. Near the bottom, you ll see a box for your account nickname. Choose something generic like Index554. The reason for that is your username will actually show up in the affiliate link. Once you fill out the form, ClickBank will send you the log in information. Then, you can log in and go to ClickBank s marketplace. When you get to the marketplace, you ll see a list of categories on the left hand side of the page. These categories all contain products you can market. If you want to search through the most popular products on ClickBank, just go to the search bar that says Find Products. Don t type anything into the search bar. Just hit the search button. Then, a list of the most popular products will come up. 5
You can also go to the sort bar and sort results using different factors, such as average rebill total. The Truth About Abs is one of the most popular products on ClickBank. Let s say you wanted to promote it. You would click Promote. Then, a box will pop up. You ll need to put your account nickname into the first box. Next, there s a box for a tracking ID. You can use this box if you re planning on promoting an offer on several different websites. That way, you ll know which sites are making the sales. However, you don t have to put a tracking ID into the box. Next, you ll click Create. Once you do that, you ll be taken to a new page with your hoplink. This is the link that will track your sales. You ll put it in your video s description. If people click on it and make a purchase, the purchase will be credited to your account. Copy that link into a web browser and take a look at it. As you can see, it s a big link, and it s not very attractive. Fortunately, there are a couple of things you can do to make the link look better. First, go to TinyURL.com. Once there, paste your affiliate link into the box. Then, make a custom alias if you wish. For example, if you were promoting a muscle building product, your custom alias could be GetRipped2Day. Now, you have a new link that you can use. It s smaller, but it has tinyurl.com in it. The next option is to purchase a domain and hosting plan, and then forward your domain to your affiliate URL. Forwarding is relatively easy, and you can find everything you need online. For example, if you want to purchase and forward a NameCheap domain must go to Google and search forward NameCheap domain. Lots of resources and information will come up. 6
Once you forward your domain, you ll be able to send people directly to your offer. Tips for Choosing a Product Now that you know the basics, I want to give you some tips for choosing a product in ClickBank. First, choose a product that has a gravity rating between 20 and 100. That means the product sells, but it doesn t have a great deal of competition. Next, you want to choose a product that already has a video ranked in Google. Google will be more likely to rank your video if there is already a video on that topic ranked. However, you don t want the video to have more than 10,000 views. That way, you will have a good chance of outranking the video. You also want to make sure the video gets at least 20 views a day, since that will show you that people are currently searching for the product. Now let s look at keyword research. Keyword Research You will need to find keywords related to your product that you can use when uploading your video to YouTube. These keywords will help people find your video. The right keywords will help you get a lot of traffic. You will use the Google Keyword Tool to conduct you keyword research. Go to Google and search for the Google Keyword tool. Then, click on the corresponding link. 7
Once you arrive at the tool, type in a word or phrase that s related to your product. Then, type in the CAPTCHA and search for keywords. A list of results will come up. Your search phrase will be the first result. Look at the keyword s global monthly searches and competition. You want to find keywords that have at least 1,000 global monthly searches and a low to medium level of competition. Next, look at the related keywords. Make a list of keywords that meet your criteria. Then you can target those keywords with your videos. Now that you know the basics, let s move on to the next section. 8
Section 2 One Hour YouTube Traffic In this section, you will learn how to create videos and drive traffic to those videos. Let s begin with creating videos. Create Your Video While there are lots of different types of videos you can create, review videos and sales videos are the best. A review video is just a basic product review. A sales video should play on emotion and include a testimonial of how the product worked for you. It s a good idea to make two videos for each product. Make a sales video and a review video and see which one performs better. Recording Your Video A lot of people get nervous at the idea of recording a video, but it s much easier than you might think. You just need: Camtasia PowerPoint Microphone 9
You can make a presentation in PowerPoint. Then, you can record that presentation with Camtasia. Camtasia is screen recording software. Along with recording your PowerPoint files, you can record websites or anything else that s on your screen. You can even link it to your web camera and record yourself. Video Tips There are a few tips you need to keep in mind when creating and uploading your video. First, use the right keywords in the video title. For instance, if you are reviewing a particular camera, the title could be Camera Name review. Also, name the benefits that the product offers or a problem the product solves in the title. For instance, if you are promoting the Truth About Abs, your title could be The Truth About Abs, Six Pack Solution or Lose Your Gut with the Truth about Abs. You also need to choose keywords that people are actually searching for. That way, people will be able to find your video. Next, keep the video under five minutes. If it s any longer, people will lose interest. Finally, watch reviews and sales videos on YouTube. It s a good idea to search for videos for the product you are going to promote. You can get some good ideas for your videos by doing this. You can also find out what videos come up for your keywords. This will let you know who your competitors are. Once you create your video, you ll be ready to upload it to YouTube. 10
Create a YouTube Account The first thing you need to do is create a YouTube account. If you have a Gmail account, you can use it to log into YouTube. If you don t have a YouTube or Gmail account, though, you ll need to create a new account. Just go to YouTube.com, and click Sign In. Then, click Create an Account. Fill out the information, click next step, and upload a picture. Then, you ll have a YouTube account. Uploading Videos on YouTube Now that your account is created, you re ready to learn how to upload a video. Click Upload on the home screen. When you hit Upload, you ll be redirected to a new screen. You ll notice a group of boxes on the right hand side of the page, most of which are already checked. Leave them checked and click Okay, I m ready to upload. Then, you can click Select files from your computer, Upload multiple files, or Record from webcam. In most cases, you ll just click Select files from computer. If you do that, a window will open, and you will browse through that window to find the file that you want to upload. 11
Once you upload your video, you will need to drive traffic to it. Note that some of these traffic tips will need to be implemented during the upload process. YouTube Traffic There are five steps you need to follow to get traffic to your video. Step 1 - Optimize the Video and Description You need to use keywords in your title, tags and description. Also, put a link to your affiliate product in the description. You will also need to use your keyword when naming the video file. For instance, if your key phrase is 6 pack abs, you will use that phrase when saving the file to your computer. Finally, have a channel with several videos, and encourage people to subscribe. That will help you with your ranking. Step 2 Use Fiverr Gigs to Create Backlinks to Your Video You can get people to create backlinks for $5 on Fiverr. Backlinks will help you increase your ranking with Google. On top of backlinks, you can find people on Fiverr to give you YouTube views. This will help your video s popularity skyrocket. Just go to Fiverr.com and use the search bar to find what you are looking for. For instance you could go to the search bar and type backlinks or YouTube views. Then you ll see a list of people who will provide the service for $5. When you find a gig you are interested in, check the person s reviews and ratings. You should only pick people who have a 100% rating. Also, check the delivery timeframe. Once you find someone who meets your criteria, hire him and let him get to work. Step 3 - Put Social Bookmarks in Linkilicious.me This is a free tool that will help your videos get indexed. That will help your videos get ranked quickly. 12
Step 4 - Ping All of Your Links Pingomatic.com is a great tool for pinging your links. Once your links are pinged, the servers will know you have updated your content. Step 5 - Repeat Finally, you will need to repeat the process over and over again. Now let s move on to the last section. 13
Section 3 One Hour YouTube Automation In this section, you will learn how to automate the One Hour YouTube Pro process. First, though, it s important to understand the challenges you will face if you don t automate the process. Two Challenges Time and scalability are the two biggest challenges people face when they try to make money online. Basically, you want your business to grow, or scale up, but there are only so many hours in the day to make it happen. Because of that, it s important that you are as efficient and product as possible. Outsourcing can help you manage your time and get a lot more done. Outsourcing Lots of online business owners want to do everything on their own, but that typically causes a lot of problems. For starters, most people don t know how to do everything that s required for an online business to thrive. They don t know how to build websites, write copy or make videos. Yet, they try to complete the tasks anyway. That causes them to waste a lot of time, and it also causes them to put out subpar products. The reason people try to take on everything is because they believe some of the common outsourcing myths. Outsourcing Myths Most people think outsourcing is expensive, but that s not the case. Of course, some freelancers charge an arm and a leg, but others offer competitive prices. You can find some affordable freelancers who work on a project by project basis on Elance. Others think it s impossible to get the money together to hire a freelancer. Again, that s not the case at all. All you have to do is put aside some of your profits and 14
use them for outsourcing. Then, continue to feed the outsourcing machine and you will be more productive. That, in turn, will make you more profitable. Also, some people think they will lose control of their business if they outsource. Again, this is not the case at all. You will still be an instrumental part of the business. However, you will outsource tasks that take up too much of your time or are outside of your skill set. It s important that you analyze each task and determine which ones you can do efficiently and which ones should be outsourced. Now let s look at your payment options for outsourcing. Outsourcing Payment Options You have several different options for paying freelancers. You can pay people: Hourly A fixed price A salary Hourly If you choose this option, you will pay an hourly rate to contractors on an as needed basis. This is a great option when the work is sporadic. You can scale up and down as needed without committing to a monthly expense. However, the freelancer may not be available all of the time. It s important to note that a lot of employees will not produce as much when they are paid by the hour. Basically, they don t have an incentive to get a project done quickly. They benefit from dragging the project out. For instance, let s say you pay someone $20 an hour. You give the person a task he can finish in thirty minutes. He doesn t like the idea of only making $10, so he drags the project out for two hours. 15
With that in mind, only use an hourly rate if you know how long a project should take. Then, tell the freelancer how many hours you think he should spend. If he spends too much time, find someone else for the next project. Fixed Price If you pay someone a fixed price, you will hire the person on a project by project basis for a set fee. The fee may change based on the project. For instance, the person may create an hour long video for one amount and a two hour video for another amount. If you choose this option, it s important that you know how much something should cost before you outsource it. You can do some research on Google and Elance to get an idea of how much similar projects cost. Unlike hourly projects, you don t have to worry about a fixed price project running over budget. However, like hourly projects, the contractor may not be available all of the time. Of course, the more work you can give a contractor, the more likely he will be available when you need him. Salary If you choose this option, you will pay the person a set amount of money every month in exchange for a set amount of hours. This is a good option if you continuously need work done. That way, your employee will always be available. Now let s look at finding contractors. Outsourcing on Elance Elance is a great resource for finding contractors. You can post a job and hire a freelancer. First, though, you need to create an account. Go to Elance.com and click Post Your Job. It s free. 16
Make sure I Want to Hire is selected and click Continue. Fill the form out and hit Continue. Then, go to your email account, open the email from Elance and verify your account. Post Your Job Then, you ll be ready to create your job. First, you ll need to name your job. Let s say you want to hire someone to create a logo that you can use on your video. You could name the job Logo for Company. Then, you ll need to move down to where it says Describe It. You can type logo design into the box. Then, Elance will find the logo design template for you. You can click on the template on the right hand side of the page. Then, the page will change to a logo template. Thus, instead of Describe the Job, the first box is Briefly Describe Your Business. That s because freelancers will need to know about your business in order to create a logo for you. In the next box, you ll need to describe what you need. Use this opportunity to provide information related to the project. For instance, you might write, I need a professional yet engaging logo to go in a marketing video. Next, you ll be provided with some different types of logos and asked what type you re looking for. You ll need to select a logo type. 17
Then, Elance will give you some information regarding different colors, and ask you if you have any preferred colors. Then, you ll need to look through some logo styles and choose the style you want. Once you do that, you can move down to the box for additional comments. You can leave it blank, or fill it in if you have some comments. Underneath that, you ll have a list of categories. In most cases, Elance will select the category for you. Thus, you can move down and select specific skills that you want the provider to have. This isn t mandatory, though, so you can leave the skill section blank if you want. Next, you ll need to decide on the work arrangement. You ll need to select hourly or fixed price. I prefer fixed price. You ll need to choose the amount that you re willing to pay. For a logo, choose less than $500. You shouldn t pay more than $100 for this job. Once you finish filling out the job information, you ll get to choose how you want your job displayed. You can have it Featured, Verified or Basic. Basic is free. Featured costs $30 and verified costs $5. Once you select your option you ll need to preview and post your job. Then, Elance will display some freelancers that meet your qualifications. You can invite them to bid on your job if you like. Selecting Your Contractor You ll likely get lots of bids within the first 24 hours. You can check those bids by logging into Elance. When you log in, you ll see the words Action Required on the right hand side of the page. Click on the link. That will take you to a message that says you have received new proposals. Click View Proposals. Then, you ll be taken to a new page and a pop up window will come up. It will tell you the number of proposals you have received. On top of that, it will tell you that you need to verify your account by filing your payment method. Go through the steps to verify your account. Then, click View My Proposals. Then, you ll see all of the proposals. Go through the proposals and look through the providers portfolios. 18
Communicate with freelancers that stand out. Make sure they respond in a timely fashion and have good communication skills. Once you find a provider that you like, you ll be ready to award the job. Click Select next to the provider s name. Then, you ll be prompted to confirm your selection. Once you confirm the selection, the terms will be sent over to the provider. He will need to review the terms and accept the job. After you confirm the selection, you ll be taken over to a new screen. It will have information related to your escrow account. Click Fund. This will fund Escrow. You won t actually pay until the job is finished, but Elance will hold the money in an escrow account. Then, once the job is completed, you ll release the money to the provider. Then, a message will come up. The message will have some tips for you to go over. When you close the box, you ll be taken to your open workroom. You can use the workroom to communicate with the provider. Automate Your System Now that you know how to hire freelancers, it s time to learn how to automate your system. You will be able to get a lot more done and make a lot more money if you automate your system. First, let s take a look at the process. Step 1 A product reviewer goes through products and determines each product s features and benefits. Step 2 A writer writes a script for the video based on the product review. Step 3 A voice over professional reads the script. Step 4 A video producer creates PowerPoint slides to go along with the voice over script. Division of Labor Now that you know the steps you need to follow to automate the process, you re almost ready to assign tasks to different freelancers. First, though, you need to understand the division of labor. You have to utilize your resources properly. You will likely have different employees. You need to know each employee s skill set so you can give the right tasks to the right people. Basically, you never want to overpay one employee to do something that a lower paid employee can do. For instance, let s say you have a video creator who charges $30 an hour and you have another employee who can do research for $10 an hour. Don t pay the video creator to do the research on the video. Instead, pay the employee who charges $10 an hour to do the research. Then, hand that research over to the video creator so he can start with the video. This will save you a great deal of money. On the other hand, you don t want to give someone who charges a low price tasks that he can t handle. That researcher that charges $10 an hour might have a basic idea of how to create videos, but you ll probably be better off paying someone a little more to create a quality video. You don t want to take people out of their comfort zones and give them tasks they aren t qualified for. Get Started for Free If you don t have the money to outsource when you are first standing out, you will have to handle all of the tasks on your own. Then, as you make money, you can begin putting that money back in your business so you can hire freelancers. If you have to handle the tasks on your own, it s essential that you learn as much as possible. Read books, watch videos and do research online. 20
Also, watch the sales videos for the popular products in ClickBank. That will give you a really good idea of what works. Once you are trained, the process should only take thirty minutes to an hour. It may take a little longer at first, but you will get faster as you get more experienced. Get Started Now you are ready to start the process.
