No.: PGD 25 (1291) ISO 13225 : 2012 April 2014 Draft Indian Standard GEOMETRICAL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS (GPS) DIMENSIONAL MEASURING EQUIPMENT; HEIGHT GAUGES DESIGN AND METROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS ICS 17.040.30 (Second Revision of IS 2921) Not to be reproduced without permission Last date for receipt of comment of BIS or used as Standard is 30-06-2014 NATIONAL FOREWORD This Indian Standard (Second Revision) which is identical with ISO 13225 : 2012 'Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) Dimensional measuring equipment; Height gauges Design and metrological characteristics issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) will be considered for adoption by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of Engineering Metrology Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council. This standard was originally published in 1964 and subsequently it was revised in 1988. This second revision is now being taken up in view of latest technical development and to harmonize this standard with ISO 13225 : 2012. The text of ISO Standard has been approved as suitable for publication as an Indian Standard without deviations. Certain conventions are however, not identical to those used in Indian Standards.
