Summary Established in 1993, Altai Cashmere LLC has a rich history spanning 25 years. It is one of the subsidiaries of Altai Holding LLC, one of the largest conglomerates in Mongolia. Altai Cashmere LLC is one of the leading producers and exporters of pure organic Mongolian cashmere. History 1993 The company is established with joint investment of Altai Holding LLC, which owns 70% of the share and British company D.B.Holdsworth owning 30% of the share. 1996 Factory and scouring line is implemented. 1999 Sorting sector is implemented. 2003 Invites experts from King Deer Co.Ltd to develop primary sector to wash and comb the cashmere wool. 2003 Implements knitting factory with machinery of Japanese Shima Seiki and German Stoll, annually producing capacity 5,000 pcs products. 2004 Construction work of the o ice estate is completed. 2006 Altai Holding LLC becomes the 100% owner of Altai Cashmere LLC through buying back shares of D.B.Holdsworth. 2007 Starting to use automatic knitting machine. 2008 Implemented organization System of 2010 Fine printing machine for knitwear is introduced into the factory from Japanese Shima Seiki 2011 Brand production and becoming a world standard factory project is started with Asian Development Bank, European Reconstruction and Development Bank 2015 E-commerce platform is launched with partner Company in the United Kingdom, Yamaa Cashmere Limited. uality, execute ISO9001: 2000, ISO9001: 2008 international standards. 2
