STEP A G X G Z3 Z Z2 Preparation of Panels A, G, G, X, X, right side panels Z, Z2 and Z3. Insert Cam Bolts c into panels X, X, G, Z, Z2 and Z3 as illustrated above. 2. Insert Cam Bolts c into panels A and G as illustrated above. Panel G will have 0 bolts on one side and 2 on the reverse side. 3. Insert dowels pins d into panel X, X,Z2 and Z3 as illustrated above. 4
s m A h A panel A and A assembly.. Fix magnets m with screws s into panel A, Magnet should face outer edge. 2. Fix Hinges h with screws s into panels A and A as illustrated above. STEP 3 Panels D, X, Z, Z2 and O assembly.. Insert cam bolts c on panel X, Z, and Z2 into panels D and O as illustrated above, tighten up in a clockwise direction. 5
STEP 4 Z3 Back panels D, left side panel X, right side panel Z3 and panel Y assembly. Insert cam bolts c on panel X, Z3 and Y into cams on the panel D and tighten in a clockwise direction.make sure the X and Y panels pre-drill shelf holes face each other, each panel has 0 pre-drilled holes. A X Panels O, Z, Z2, D, Y and X assembly into panel A..Insert cam bolts c pre-installed on panels A into O, Z, Z2, D, Y and X and tighten in a clockwise direction as illustrated above. 6
5 Foam on the panel O.Remove the auto adhesive back from the foam and place it over the O board, starting from one end to the other end making sure it is aligned. A Panel O preassemble.. Place the panel O inside the cabinet as illustrated above. The foam should face down and the side with the shorter distance to the edge from the handle holes will be closest to Z and Z2 small boards, see illustration above. We will adjust the O platform after we have completed assembly. 7
D A G A O Central panel G.. Unscrew the predrilled drawer runner on panel X in the first and middle screw to gain access to the cam. 2. Insert cam bolts pre-installed on panel G into panels O, Z, Z2, D, Y and X and tighten clockwise direction as illustrated above. 3. Once all cams are tighten down replace the screws for the drawer runner on panel X and tighten back down in place. Y D Z3 X G O Panels Z3, Y, D, X. Insert cam bolts pre-installed on panels G, into panels Z3, Y, D, and X then tighten in a clockwise direction as illustrated above. 8
Z3 Y X Panel G. Insert cam bolts pre-installed on panels G, into panels Z3, Y, D, and X then tighten in a clockwise direction as illustrated above. Z3 m Flaps O2 and O3 assembly m. screw m gate leg button into top of panel O2 and O3. 2. Attach hinges h with screws s to panels O2 and O3. 3. Fix panels O2 and O3 with hinge h and screws s into panels D and D. Notice the alignment of the pre-installed metal plate with the magnet on A. Line magnet and metal plate up before securing down panels O2 and O3. 9
STEP 8 a b t r3 t2 Z3 Assembly.. Fix castors t2 to panels O2 and O3 using the spanner r3 as above. 2. Fix castors t to panels G with screws b as illustrated above. 3. With 2 people carefully turn cabinet right side up s2 L K2 s3 b2 L K K L2 h Drawers Assembly.. Insert the drawer bottom L into the side grooves located on L, L2, K and K2. 2. Connect drawer panels L, L2, K, K2 with screws s2 as shown above. 3. Insert screws b2 for the handle through the back of K, do not screw the handle h on. 4. Take screws s3 four total and using the b2 screws to line up front panel K to panel K screw down the front. Once secure place the handle h on to the front of K. 0
STEP 9 d3 b4 a Platform Panel assembly.. Fix Adjustable panels O with bolts b4 and washers d3 as illustrated above. STEP 0 Panel E assembly.. Take P shelf support pins and panels E shelves. Tap P shelf support pins into desired pre-drilled holes on panels X and Y and place shelve panels E on top of them.
STEP. Place the platform in the upper position and tighten the bolts b4 2. Place the machine on the platform. 3. Slowly loosen and tighten one bolt at a time, so the platform goes down slowly until the desired height is reached. Do not loosen all bolts at the same time. 4. If needed, use the platform handles to lift and align the machine. One person will need to hold the platform in place, while the other loosens and tightens the bolts to the desired position. 2
