INFORMATIVE DOSSIER OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS BLOCKCHAIN TROPICAL COAST 2018 (CIBTC 18) 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 WHAT IS THE CIBTC 1.2 WHAT IS BITCOIN AND BLOCKCHAIN 1.3 WHAT IS PRETENDED WITH THE CIBTC 1.4 WHY IN MOTRIL? 1.5 HOW MANY PLACES 1.6 WHERE TO GO 1.7 WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO DO 2. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CIBTC 2.1 THE CIBTC 2.2 THE TECHNOLOGICAL EXHIBITION 2.3 ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES 2.4 GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ENCLOSURE 3. DISSEMINATION OF THE CIBTC 2018

1.1 WHAT IS THE CIBTC? The CIBTC is a multicultural event, which exceeds the typical concept of technological congress that has been used in recent years, where users met to simply receive information about a certain product. This Congress will go further; not only will present technological innovations, new developments and talks of high academic level, it will also have a series of workshops conducted by great experts, which will go to new users and users with great specialization. The CIBTC will change the traditional concept of congress and will focus on providing information in a more modern and active way, a new concept, of which there are few references at national and even international level, although it is the concept mainly developed in the different congresses or meetup about Bitcoin and Blockchain made worldwide. The idea is to create in the CDT (Palace of congresses de Motril), -a perfectly conditioned convention-, one of the most important parties of computer science focused on the Blockchain world and the future of the economy, as well as the relationship of citizens with it ; besides touching several cultural aspects that accompany the Bitcoin ecosystem. To all this, we will also add a series of activities such as conferences (of great national and international interest), workshops of various kinds and something very attractive for young people and the sector, the presence of great gurus of information technology. In the same venue, there will be exhibition areas for some of the most cutting-edge projects in the sector, international companies that have already launched their product, some that will be in the pre-ico phase and others that will come to show their projects in the Alpha or Beta phase. To make itself known internationally, through this CIBTC of Motril. General view of C.D.T (Tourism Development Center) of Motril

1.2 WHAT IS BITCOIN AND BLOCKCHAIN? There are many definitions of what Bitcoin is, on the web https://territoriobitcoin.com you can find some of them from the personal point of view of our users. However, Bitcoin is a protocol for transferring value via the Internet, which is used as a means of payment in services and products. It has a value that changes according to the basic laws of the market (supply and demand). Motivated by its global reach and the fact that it allows its users to transfer value with some anonymity, it has made it grow in its adoption in different sectors. Every day there are more businesses and companies that start using this digital currency. The Blockchain is a distributed accounting book on which the Bitcoin network is based. All confirmed transactions are attached to the block chain. In this way the balance that is reflected in your wallet is verified. The transactions you make are also verified in this way, ensuring both the collection and payment. The integrity and chronological order of the block chain are enforced with cryptography. Transactions in Bitcoin are made directly, without the need for an intermediary. Unlike most currencies, Bitcoin is not backed by any government or dependent on trust in any central issuer. Blockchain is a solid, distributed, inviolable and cryptographically secure database. The block chain only saves the encryption code of the documents, and once saved, it is recorded forever. The perfect place to store property rights, credentials, identities (of objects or people) and agreements between parties. Blockchain works on networks of nodes that store all the information. There are three basic types of networks: Private networks: formed by captive nodes. Semipublic Networks: formed by nodes controlled by independent professionals. Public networks: formed by independent nodes and scattered geographically.

1.3 WHAT IS PRETENDED WITH THE CIBTC? The projections are broad and simple at the same time, we intend to create the largest technological fair that has been tried to put into practice in the province of Granada and open the way to a new way of communication between people, things and society, since the future is already and is called Blockchain. We want to make known one of the areas of greatest projection in Spain in tourism and industry, the Costa Tropical of Granada, with the city of Motril as the main axis of this development. A city that should become the benchmark of Andalusian progress in a few years, after the major infrastructure works that are being carried out, such as the effective closing of the crossing of three highways that connect with the provincial capitals of eastern Andalusia, Granada, Malaga and Almeria, as well as the expansion of the Commercial, Sports and Fishing Port, the completion of the water channeling of one of the most important dams in Europe, and different private projects of enormous depth, such as the Marina Seca of Playa-Granada, which can make this city the economic engine of the province of Granada. It is often mistakenly thought that a computer is a person who hides behind a monitor becoming a non-sociable entity, completely wrong concept, because as has been shown on numerous occasions, Internet users are very participatory and active in Most areas of society, as recently demonstrated in the strength of social networks. In the case of the Blockchain community or the Bitcoin ecosystem, we find, above all, a community with high levels of qualification, top level developers, marketing experts, graphic designers, lawyers, investors and, also, people without studies, little qualified, but enthusiastic about new technologies that dare to learn and enjoy these new technological advances that are taking society today to a new level of development.

1.4 WHY IN MOTRIL? As mentioned in the previous point, because it is the reference city of the province of Granada and future tourist and industrial center of the coming years, and because it has the necessary means and infrastructure for this project to be carried out. Few cities in Spain, including provincial capitals, can provide the necessary infrastructure for this type of event, which is summarized in space for a minimum of 300 to 500 participants and ample parking (Playa de Poniente), as well as a fully-equipped venue equipped in all the senses, Hall of events, hall, last technological means, etc. The support of the City Council of Motril is one of the determining factors for the good outcome of the event, as well as the leading IT and blockchain companies, national and multinationals working in Spain and abroad, which will find a great showcase during the celebration of the CIBTC, through the area dedicated exclusively to exhibition of products and novelties and the possibility of explaining its most recent developments in the workshops and scheduled conferences.

1.5 HOW MANY PLACES? The number of participants has to be limited, due to the number of participants this year, to a maximum of 500, although we estimate that the number of attendees at the various events will far exceed 5,000 people, among visitors without accreditation and curious people interested in the new technologies. It is expected to enable several workshops to initiate and use these technologies, so that visitors can understand and appreciate the importance that blockchain is reporting to our society. 1.6. WHERE WILL THE EVENT BE PERFORMED? The place of celebration of the CIBTC will be in the C.D.T. Tourism Development Center of Motril. The city of Motril is just over half an hour from the city of Granada and an hour and a half from Malaga and Almeria, and 4 hours from Madrid, with good access by road. The arrival to Motril can be by road, with a nearby airport practically an hour from Granada, Malaga and Almeria, with daily flights from almost all airports in Spain and Europe to the cities of Malaga, Granada and Almeria. Heliport is available for the transfer of those participants who wish, with air taxi service, for collection and transfer to airports.

1.7 WHEN WILL IT BE DONE? The ideal date is between 09 and 10 March 2018, taking advantage of the good weather of the Costa Tropical of Granada, the hotel low season to get good prices in the stay, with a perfect temperature for those dates, which highlights the good time on the Costa Tropical, and with a mild climate for those dates, which will favor different leisure activities that can be done during that weekend, such as skiing to Sierra Nevada and enjoy Motril Beach on the same day. 2. 2.1. THE CIBTC The CIBTC site will host in its main hall the most important conferences held in Spain on the Blockchain and the Bitcoin ecosystem, in a main hall with capacity for 450 people, fully equipped with the latest advances in digital presentation of projects. In addition, on the upper floor, several multipurpose rooms are included, which will be used for the talks, workshops, and specific presentation of some of the projects that will arrive in the city of Motril, these rooms, which will be able to adapt as a conferences, of learning and of demonstrations of the technological partners that are going to participate. 2.2 THE TECHNOLOGICAL EXHIBITION The technological exhibition, in which some of the world s leading technology brands will participate. They will present some of their products brands of recognized prestige and projects of great impact both media and effective in the world of internet and in the development of Blockchain. Companies in the sector dedicated to data mining, wallet creation, Fintech, platform development software Ethereum and NEM. 2.3 ALTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES Different activities are being prepared for the days of the CIBTC, which, without a doubt, will help to give it greater visibility and citizen participation. By having dates with light temperatures on the coast and cold in the Sierra Nevada, activities will be proposed with a one (1) day pass to enjoy this beautiful place, guided night visits to the Alhambra, tasting of the Pale Rum de Motril and tastings of the delicious cuisine of the Costa Tropical.

2.4 GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ENCLOSURE

3. DISSEMINATION OF CIBTC 2018 The CIBTC has an official website of the event (cibtc.es) and a wide presence in all social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, as well as extensive coverage by different digital media partners of the event: TerritorioBitcoin, MotrilDigital, CrowdEmprende, WomanTech, UniversoFintech and EspacioBit (for Latin America), and even Television through TeleMotril RTVM, which will provide local coverage, as well as the use of a giant projection screen located in the Plaza de la Coronación for the retransmission of some events that may be interesting The entire event will be broadcast live, through streaming through its own channel on YouTube.com. In addition to all of the above, we already have the support of several media and national and international forums specialized in this type of events, which will provide us with a wide range of information and the on-site visit of many of its collaborators. Although it is not yet closed, we expect the presentation of several technological products of great global and economic impact, which will come out on dates close to the event, which participating companies will want to relaunch taking advantage of the media impact of CIBTC.
