Prior to Friday, 15 June, 2018 NO LATE ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED NO PRIZE WINNERS NAMES WILL BE RELEASED BEFORE 9am on Friday 29 June, 2018 Exhibits are to be collected from the Needlework Pavilion, Redcliffe Showgrounds on Monday 2July 2018, Between 9.00am and 12 noon. Please bring receipt or identification. NO ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED PRIOR TO THESE TIMES If you are unable to collect exhibits during these times, PRE-PAID POST- AGE MUST BE ORGANISED by the exhibitor prior to entering. Minimum of three (3) entries per class or prizes will be at the Judge s discretion. Washed or worn exhibits will be disqualified. Exhibits can not be entered in two (2) classes. The Stewards reserve the right to disqualify or transfer any exhibits entered in the wrong class, or combine or split classes where necessary. Exhibits may be sold at the Show. The Society will retain 20% commission. Please put a size on articles of clothing which can be sold. All care will be taken of Exhibits but the Society will not be responsible for loss or damage to exhibits.
