Entries will ONLY be accepted on payment of fees and completion of the official Needlework entry form and the GST Hobby Form. 2. An EXHIBIT is the actual article to be shown. 3. Exhibits a n d E n t r y f e e s will be received at the Pavilion between 3pm and pm on Tuesday 21 March 2016 OR phone me to make alternative arrangements; entries will NOT be received at the show office. 4. Prize Money will be collected at the same time as collecting exhibits. 5. NO prize money will be posted unless the exhibitor resides 50km or more from Warwick. 6. It is the judge s decision as to whether prizes are awarded in a section or a class. ALL exhibitors MUST abide by the judge s decision. 7. If there are no more than three (3) entries in a class only one prize will be awarded. 8. Cleanliness of all exhibits is essential; exhibits must be new and unused. 9. The exhibits must NOT have been washed (with the exception of exhibits from the spinning section) or worn. 10. The exhibit must be completely the OWN WORK of the exhibitor. 11. An ARTICLE is something NOT WORN, a GARMENT is a piece of CLOTHING. 12. All entries must have been completed within the last two (2) years. 13. Exhibits must NOT have been shown at a previous Warwick Show. 14. The committee reserves the right to reject any exhibit or exhibits which may be considered not of sufficient merit to be displayed. 15. The Steward and/or Judge reserve the right to change the class of an article or garment. 16. A Novice is someone new to the hobby or craft in the last twelve (12) months. 17. Exhibits will be available for collection from 9am to 12 noon on Sunday 25 March 2018. This rule will be strictly observed. No item is to be removed without the Steward s approval. If a representative of the exhibitor collects the item a form must be filled out by the representative accepting responsibility for the item. 18. Whilst the Warwick Show & Rodeo Society Inc. accepts NO responsibility for missing or damaged articles, all possible care will be taken with exhibits. 19. All framed articles must be suitable to hang safely or will not be accepted. 20. All quilts are to have a 4 inch rod pocket attached for hanging, (can be securely pinned using safety pins only). Quilts will not be accepted without rod pocket in place whether hung or laid for display. 21. Exhibits may be sold following the judging with 15% commission payable to the Warwick Show & Rodeo Society. You must provide your own for sale sticker and price tag for the item. 22. A limit of three (3) items per class per person. 23. Names and labels on exhibits MUST be covered with a fabric square.
