Juralco s - Manufacture and Installation Recommended Manufacture and Installation Procedures Note: Prior to delivering to site, unpack and check all items 1. Manufacture. A - Cabinets 1 - Open up the box and check all components are present. 2 - Set aside the male half of the D025 drawer clips for assembly to the organiser pole. 3 - Assemble the cabinets following the instructions enclosed. B - Organiser s 1 - Cut the organiser poles to the required lengths. Number, measure and mark up the poles for front & back, shelves, closet rods and cabinets. 2 - Insert the J06 small foot in the bottom of the pole and rivet at the back. 3 - Insert the required number of J04 pole brackets into the organiser pole. 4 - Fix shelf supports, closet brackets where marked using the JM 5x8 pointed screw. Fix D025 drawer clips where marked using JM 5x13 pointed screw ensuring clips are installed with the narrow end pointing to the top. 5 - Fix the J06 small foot or J308 wall fitting to the top of the pole and rivet at the back. C - Shelves 1 - Cut the Melteca shelves to the required length. 2 - Insert the J8581 shelf capping onto the front face with the overlapping edge facing the shelf top. 3 - Fix the J01A shelf sides to each end using JM 6x16 counter sunk screws through the two pre-drilled outer holes only. 4 - Pre-drill the Melteca for the three bracket fixing holes 2. Installation 1 - Measure and mark out the pole locations making sure the poles are plumb. Adjust the bottom J301 foot if necessary to take up variations in the floor and then fix the J308 wall fitting at the top of each. Tighten up the M12 jamb nuts to lock up the fitting and push the J307 cover cap into place. 2 - Ensure that all shelf brackets and other pole fixing components are level and in line, adjusting where necessary. 3 - Install any pole-mounted cabinets by carefully sliding the female D04 clips on the side of the cabinet into the male part attached to the pole.( Alternatively fit the poles to the cabinets before fixing to the wall by sliding each pole into the D025 side clips. Stand the poles up, marking and measuring as per step 1) 4 - Install shelving next by sliding each shelf between the poles on top of the mounting brackets. Screw up through the bottom of the mounting brackets into the shelf using three JM 6x20 mm counter sunk screws into each side of the shelf. Install any toughened glass shelves by firmly tightening up the two grub screws on each J03A glass shelf support. 5 - Install the 8384 closet hanging rails ensuring they are level. Open out each end of the rods slightly to ensure a snug fit in the J09 closet rail brackets. 6 - Check the adjustment of the J06 small foot on the bottom of each pole and tighten up the jamb nuts. Fix the bottom of the J06 to the floor and push down the J304 cover plate into place and roll down the black o-ring to secure. 7 - Clean off all fingermarks, leave site tidy and clean.
