MONDAY 20 In December 1985, UNESCO included on its list of Heritage Cities the Old City of Segovia and its Roman Aqueduct. There was no shortage of reasons, since the beauty of its location, its environment, its buildings, groves and streets seems to weigh in a decision that is based precisely on those values. Its location, just an hour and a half from Madrid makes it an excellent option to visit. For this reason, the IGE proposes this full-day excursion to Segovia as another of its activities within the celebration of its 50th anniversary. This visit will be only scheduled if there are enough people interested. Registration is required. 9:30 Departure of the bus to Segovia Meeting at the door of the Geological and Mining Museum of Madrid, in Calle Rios Rosas 23 11:00 Arrival to Segovia.
