A word about my playlist Many writers use music for inspiration or mood setting. Not me, I m searching for validation. I know this may not make sense but bare with me a moment. When I m at the beginning of a chapter I already have an idea of what I want, then the characters kind of lead me through all the details. So here s where the music comes in, I love it, all kinds, I live for it. So when I ve completed a chapter and I stumble on one of those That s the one? songs, that s the emotion I want. Through this whole process I ve discovered artist I never knew and rediscovered amazing songs from when I was growing up.
