Please separate ball bearing slides () to male metal slide and female metal slide as shown. Figure 1 Tip: To separate, press down on the lever as you pull the male and female slides apart. Press the lever down the opposite way if slides don t come apart. front C When installing the female ball bearings, make sure to start from the front to the back. The front screw must be inserted into the second hole as shown in Figure. Attach female ball bearing slides () on left side panel (C) with short flat head screw (). Tighten with a phillips screwdriver. Tip: Make sure the open end of the rails are facing the front of the unit and are pointed towards the finished edge of panel (C). 1 C G 1 F 1 Insert cam locks (3) into holes on back rail (E) and front middle rails (F). Screw cam bolts () into holes on left side panel (C). Attach left side panel (C) to top rail (G), back rail (E), and front middle rails (F) by inserting wood dowels (1) and cam bolts () into corresponding holes until left side panel (C), top rail (G), back rail (E) and front middle rails (F) meet. E Tighten by rotating cam locks (3) clockwise with a phillips screwdriver. Figure 4 Repeat procedure to attach right side panel (D) to (E), (F), and (G). A 1 C D Insert cam locks (3) into holes on pre-assembled unit. Screw cam bolts () into holes on the underside of top panel (A). Attach top panel (A) to pre-assembled unit by inserting wood dowels (1) and cam bolts () into corresponding holes until top panel (A) and pre-assembled unit meet. Tighten by rotating cam locks (3) clockwise with a Phillips screwdriver. Figure 5 Attach top rail (G) to top panel (A) with long screws (1). Tighten screws with a phillips screwdriver. 3 Insert cam locks (3) into holes on pre-assembled unit. Screw cam bolts () into holes on the topside of bottom panel (B). Attach bottom panel (B) to pre-assembled unit by inserting wood dowels (1) and cam bolts () into corresponding holes until bottom panel (B) and pre-assembled unit meet. 3 B Tighten by rotating cam lock (3) clockwise with a phillips screwdriver Figure 6 PAGE 6
Attach legs (P) to bottom panel (B) with bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) with allen wrench (15). Figure N B N Tip: Make sure the front left leg is angled towards the left side, while the front right leg is facing towards the right side. The back legs should be angled towards the rear. Attach back panel (H) to pre-assembled unit with short round head screws (). Tighten screws with a phillips screwdriver. H Figure I Insert cam locks (3) into holes on drawer bottom rail (V). Screw cam bolt () into hole on drawer back (Q). 3 3 Attach top drawer back panel (Q) to drawer bottom rail (V) by inserting cam bolt () into corresponding hole until top drawer back panel (Q) and drawer bottom rail (V) meet. Tighten by rotating cam lock (3) clockwise with a phillips screwdriver. Attach the top drawer side panel left (O) and top drawer side panel right (P) to top drawer back panel (Q) together matching the grooves. Secure them with medium flat head screws (). Insert the drawer bottom (U) into the corresponding grooves of top drawer back (Q), top drawer side left (O), and top drawer side right (P). Attach male metal slides () to drawer sides with short flat head screws (). Tighten screws with a phillips screwdriver. The rail should be flush against the drawer sides not over-hanging. Attach knob (5) to drawer front with small bolt (6). Tighten small bolt with a phillips screwdriver. Tip: Make sure the open edge of the rail is facing towards the back of the drawer. Figure 10 J/K/L/M R T 3 U S Insert cam locks (3) into holes on drawer bottom rail (V). Screw cam bolt into hole on drawer back (T). Attach drawer back (T) to drawer bottom rail (V) by inserting cam bolt () into corresponding holes until drawer back (T) and drawer bottom rail (V) meet. Tighten by rotating cam lock (3) clockwise with a phillips screwdriver. Attach drawer side left (R) and drawer side right (S) to drawer back (T) together while matching the grooves. Tighten them with medium screws (). Insert the drawer bottom (U) into the corresponding grooves of drawer back (T), drawer side left (R), and drawer side right (S). Repeat process to attach drawer front (J), (K), (L), and (M). Figure 11 Attach male metal slides () to the drawer with short flat head screws ().Tighten screws using a phillips screwdriver. K L M Figure 13 Wall 13 13 13 13 Attach bracket (10) to back panel using bracket screws (14). Tighten bracket screws (14) with a Philips screw driver. Mark two desired locations on the wall and drill two 3/" holes. Insert plastic anchors (1) into the two holes on wall as shown, you will need a hammer help you. Then, attach the bracket (10) to the wall using wall screws (13). Tighten wall screws (13) using a philips screw driver. Figure 14 Move the unit close to the wall and tie both wall brackets (10) together with plastic strap (11) as shown in diagram.
